Mike and Erin. My 2 least favorite names for personal reasons. Other than that I hate names that I heard too much growing up, Stephanie, Tiffany, Courtney, Jennifer, Ashley, Amanda, Daniel, Joshua, Bryan, Brandon, Brett, etc.
@BobKat22--How do you pronounce it other than Deck-laan? I'm thinking of when my nieces were obsessed with Degrassi (spelling??) and the kid on there was named Declan. That's how they pronounced it and the only way I've ever heard it.
I'm both happy and sad I've never heard Kamber.
One of my bosses has a son named Wyatt. All I can think of is cowboys.
I can't deal with Bryan. Brian is an AWSOME name, but I've never met a Bryan who wasn't a pain in the ass.
This made me think of one of the names I dislike, Byron. I don't like how it sounds and I confuse it with Bryon.
Also, I accidentally typed dong instead of don't and I legit LOLed.
I'm not a fan of Byron either. I have a cousin named Bryan so I'm ok on that name I like Wyatt but I wouldn't use it because we have multiple friends who have used that name.
I am going to sound like an asshat because this is one of the names Lois has picked... but I really dislike Drake. No offense! It just sounds so angry to me. And reminds me of Dracula.
I don't like the name Leah. Or Aleeah. My H had those picked for DD and I was like no way.
Me: 27 DH: 28
Diagnosis: PCOS, irregular cycles, old lady eggs. DH is fine.
Started TTC in January 2010. BFP December 25, 2011 between IF appts.
I teach and have been for 12 years, so I have loooong lists of names I can't stand associated with former students. Top of the list is Dalton, makes me shiver just typing it. (It's like saying Beetlejuice 3x). I don't like made-up/youneek names as either. My sister's friend's daughter is named Hynlee. Ick. Reminds me of a shirt, henley.
Jameson irks me to no end too. Apparently, I am full of name hatred.
Me too. I don't like names that are also drinks. Brandy, Jameson, Bailey...NMS.
I'm late to the game, but this is as far as I've gotten and I'm going to comment before I forget. One of my H's friends named her son jack Daniels... Ugh.
I also don't like jaxyn or jaxon or any sort of wild spelling.
And I also have a fb friend who named their daughter alyvia... I guess that's a thing now?

Hynlee is terrible! It looks like a hymn/hiney smush.
Everyone says Colby Wyatt reminds them of Wyatt erp? Idk who that is, but I think Colby Wyatt sounds great together *biased*
I love Wyatt. It will most likely be are boy name if we have another boy this time. When I have said I like it I have gotten the Wyatt Erp thing and I also have no clue who that is. I first heard the name on the show Charmed and I loved that show, so there.

I have a friend-ish person with b/b twins. Their first names start with the same letter and have 'y' and 'x' thrown in for fun.
Their middle names are Wild and Danger.
I was literally speechless when she told me their names. Why?
Wow, I don't even know if I would be able to hide my disgust, ha.
And I agree with your other post, I do not like boy names on girls. There is some actor that I saw on Live with Kelly and Michael that just named his baby GIRL Maverick. WHAT?!
A friends cousin named her kids N y z a I a h boy, pronounced like Isaiah but with an 'n' in front and Z a n y I a h girl, pronounced zan-I-ah . I also know a girl who named her son D a y l I n.
It's a shame how something silly can ruin a perfectly good name for you. I hate the name Declan because a friend named her son that and they call him Decky, which I think is the dumbest nickname on the planet. And it's not just once in a while - I would say she refers to him as Decky about 90% of the time. Awful.
I had a suite mate in college named Blythe. I think it's common in the south, but I always thought it sounded harsh and unattractive.
I really don't like the name Olive....sorry @melsax also, daisy. Daisy to me is also a pet name. Also the name of a rival basketball player from high school who had it out for me.
I can't believe some of you don't know who Wyatt Erp was. I remember learning about him in history and then never, ever forgetting who he was because of his epic-ly horrible mustache.
Mabel. I shudder when I hear it. Super harsh and reminds me of a cow. Agree with -ayden names (though I do like Aidan). Anything with superfluous letters or youneek spellings.

I'm with you on Mabel. IDK why it makes me think of cows too.
That and Bess. I once dated a guy and his SILs name was Bess. Not my thing.
I did!! I'm sorry! I'm guessing your parents didn't name you after the booze though, since it seems to be a pretty midwestern thing. Can you even buy brandy in a store?
Brandy, Bailey, Jameson & Kaluah are all a no go for me.
Although the "Brandy, you're a fine girl" song is one of my favorites. :-)
Months (except August, love that name) but April, May, June, December, ewwwww
Sophia, Ava, Eva, Isabelle or ella
PHEW!!!!! \:D/
I love the name June...I would never pull the trigger and use it, but I think it's great!
I love the name June too. It's in contention for #2...it's one of the only ones suggested that DH doesn't dislike. :-) I clearly like old lady names though.
I love the name June. It sounds dumb with our last name though. Not that we are having more anyway.
Names I hate are mostly those that just don't seem like they translate from childhood to adulthood well. Like names that end in an "i" or sounds crazy when you think about an adult having them. Like hiring a lawyer named Tyffani. No.
I have an acquaintance with a little girl named maple. Like the syrup. No thanks
Jason Bateman has a daughter named Maple too. When they announced it, I kept thinking it was a typo.
I find myself wondering if the celeb's last name is their real one when I see some of their names. Maple Bateman? That sounds dumb. I thought the same thing about Patrick Dempsey's kid when they named him Darby. Darby Dempsey? I don't know if that's his IRL last name though.

HIS name is Cashmere? I'm not a fan of that name, especially for a boy.

yup. Boy. It starts with cashmere then we get a polyester
Val Kilmer......yahhhhhhhh
I don't like: Jordan, Paula, anything that can be shortened to Maddie, Sophie/Sophia, Deborah, Michelle, Denise...there's so many more.
