  Working mom but no crying. I miss my munchkins but mama works hard for money, so hard for it honey. I enjoy being a working mom.

  This is me. Dh has one more year of school then I'm done. Once he gets a job I am going to sah.

  I go back next week and I'm dreading it. I'll be working from home two days a week, but I'm trying to see if I might be able to find something that would let me be more flexible with my hours so I can work at home more often. If We could afford it, I'd be a SAHM for a few years, hands down.

  I'm part of the last off week club too. *sniff sniff* Minnesota is just south of Manitoba, we should adapt their laws!

  I've been back for 3 weeks. I get way more done now that I have a reason to put LO down. She hangs out with her great grands for 5 hours a day and gets spoiled rotten. Best of both worlds for us both
  
  ETA: she hangs with dad on the weekends when I work 8-12 hour days. We dodged the daycare bullet for now.

  This! I NEED to work for my sanity, so I'm glad to be back. I do miss my babies though and there are days where I wish I could stay home with them.

  Yep, Oh Canada! I'm also off till Sept. Just PT though, I haven't worked FT since I was pregnant with DS1.
  

  I am a teacher on call so my schedule is really flexible, it's nice while they are still so young. That being said I miss working, I am not made to be a sahm (especially since the weather has made it literally sah-it is so cold).

  Today is my last day of maternity leave. I'm actually looking forward to going back but I know I will miss DD like crazy. But working is better for my sanity - I could not be a SAHM and have tons of newfound respect for those women that are.

  SOOOOOO lucky!!!!  WHY WHY WHY don't we have that here?!?!  My maternity leave is all unpaid and we are only allotted up to 12 weeks WITHOUT pay.  SO SAD!!!  Working in the US and for the not for profit sector sucks!

  I hope I have the same feeling when I go back to work.  I work evenings and overnights so I will have my love bug during the day then have to go off to work.  So I'm pretty much working two full time jobs   Not fun!
