Just went to my first app the doc could only see the sac he said that at this point he should be able to see the heartbeat

The nurse called yesterday and said that my HCG level were great! They need to do another u/s I went right away !! And there it was! My little nugget ! 7w6d and hb 190!! So happy !

Do you know for sure when you ovulated? Or is 7 weeks just based off your LMP? You may not really be 7 weeks if you ovulated later then day 14....

Its possible you ovulated later than you thought you did if you are basing your due date off LMP.

Whatever the case, I'm sorry your appointment is causing you stress and I hope things all turn out well!

Yes i will hace a follow up on Monday for another blood test they did one today, the 7 weeks was based on my LMP. Thanks for the support ! I sure hope that everything turns ok

I'm going through something similar, so I know how you are feeling! I think the limbo period of waiting and knowing basically nothing is the worst thing. (Also doctors who can seem cavalier about these delivering this kind of news, tho it's unintentional I'm sure!)

FX that you get a positive outcome! I'm thinking you may have ovulated later than they think. Hopefully that's true in my case too! T&P...

All I can say is that I hope things go better at your next appointment. I'm going through something similar, but it's been a special kind of hell. I am sorry. It is possible that your dates could be off-mine are always 7-10 days behind since I have such a long cycle. I have also had an ultrasound where no heartbeat was found. It is devastating. Thoughts and prayers for you.

Did he schedule another appt? That happened to me at 61/2 weeks and they scheduled for a week later and there was a heartbeat. Maybe you ovulated later .

This happened to us. We actually ovulated way later than we thought, which put us behind about a week. Our first U/S we only saw the sac and no heartbeat. We went back about a week later, and there was a tiny heartbeat. Sending positive vibes your way.
