My UO also has to do with dressing appropriately..
If you are working in a professional office setting, your skirts should not be above your knees and your legs should not be bare. Panty hose/thigh highs are made for a reason.
Totally disagree. I've worked in a professional setting for years and I don't own a single skirt below the knees; none of them are miniskirts, but most pencil skirts skim the tops of the knee. Professional does not equal frumpy. Also pantyhose = YUCK.
Agreeing with the rabbit. More so, as someone who ONLY wears skirts that go below my knees, I can say with certainty it is ridiculously hard to find skirts that cover knees. There are ton that go TO your knees, but longer than that? Almost impossible to track down, especially the case with dresses. And stocking suck. I wear knee high boots all winter just so that I don't need to deal with stockings.
FFTC: I never knew when/if I was "supposed" to wear stockings with skirts/dresses... I always have felt awkward either way. Like whichever way I was doing it, I was doing it wrong.

No chance of this. I've been an executive working in a professional office environment for a long time. I don't even own pantyhose. I don't know anyone else who wears them, other than one person who is almost 70 years old and is probably wearing them out of habit. The only long skirts I own are pencil skirts, and one really lacy skirt that I wore when I dressed up at Stevie Nicks.
I do own some lace top thigh highs. They never make it out of the bedroom.
@melohdy, I think that it seemed to evolve from when people would say "creepy internet hugs". I see the hugs as just a way of letting someone know you care about their situation. I genuinely care for the things some people are going through here. I do listen to people's problems at work and I really love that part of my job, I love empowering people and helping people sort through stuff in their lives. Apparently I am missing my job...
I DESPISE flavored coffee. French vanilla? Gross. Hazelnut? Vomit. Blueberry from Dunkins? Don't even get me started on why that exists.
And when I see those flavored creamer commercials I want to hurl. Does anyone really want their coffee to taste like Creme Brûlée?
Granted I am Ok with flavored lattes, like a mocha. But flavored drip coffee? I don't like any of the flavors.
I totally agree @jessicaks! I don't have a sweet tooth at all (cheese tooth? Is that a thing?) so I am a coffee with milk only kinda girl. I think dunkin is for people that don't really like coffee, just sugar!
I also think that it's annoying when people want to celebrate for more than 24 hours on their birthDAY. It's not your birthweekend, birthweek, or birthmonth (yes I have heard people say this). I think it's egocentric. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE celebrating me, but some people go a little narcissistic with it. You can have two separate celebrations at MOST (say a dinner with family and an outing with friends, etc), but beyond that is overkill. If you go out of town with your SO or something like that it's okay, but if you are expecting more than one or two people to commit to more than one event for your birthday you need to get over yourself.
When I turned 21, my bday fell on a Friday and you better believe I partied all weekend long.
I can only drink wine cold. Warm wine is gagtastic. I like mixing red wine (like merlot) with pepsi on ice. Should these be reposted tomorrow for FFFC??
@CL8badB, I'm with you on the cold wine. If I'm out at dinner I'll drink it warm so I don't look like such a hillbilly but, yeah, cold wine>room temp wine.
I'll have to try the wine and Pepsi thing. I'm not sure what to think about that.
This wine and pepsi thing is blowing my mind. I am going to a wine party tomorrow with a bunch of my husband's "wine-o" friends. This will totally freak them out and I am trying it!
@maelara and @gigglejiggle I almost wrote "nape doesn't count" because when I think of a neck tattoo I'm thinking jugular area. I have no idea why in my head the nape doesn't count as the neck as it clearly does!
In Spain, I always (aka the two times I've gone) order a tinto de verano - it's red wine, sprite, and lemon over ice. Surprisingly refreshing.
The Portuguese do this, dinner with my grandfather always included him drinking wine (from the hug jug on the floor next to his seat) with sprite and ice.

I have 3 stars on the back of my neck and they are fabulous. Thank you very much. I've never even smoked a cigarette.
