LO is 11 days old, and has normally just conked out for daytime sleep, but today has been more of a struggle/more fussiness before sleeping for shorter periods. I think she might be startling herself up. She sleeps decently well at night in the sleep sack swaddles, but I've hesitated to use then during the day since I'm hoping to keep her nights and days separate.
What are other mamas doing during the day?

Re: Do you swaddle for naps/daytime sleep?
But I don't think there's a right/wrong answer - whatever works for you!

No one is really talking about "sleep training" beyond establishing bedtime routines and sleep habits, which can be done at any age.
