Moving May Moms(to be)

So glad to hear I am not the only one! We are moving in July but the Air Force hasn't told us where yet, so either Florida or California (from TX)! We haven't bought anything yet but I was going to wait until after the showers anyway. I do feel like nesting and it feels very unsettled that she won't have a nursery until she is probably 2 months old, but from what I hear they don't really use it much then anyway. We are just going to use a pack n'play. I would like to know at least where we are moving! The AF is going to move us, so at least we don't have to worry about that.

We have out house for sale now. We have found a couple bigger homes we really like but we must sell ours first! So we are in limbo. We may be here so plan to paint nursery gray in a couple of weeks if no serious bites on our house. So everything's totally in the air!! Could be here or could be moving before baby! And I'm a planner so it's killing me!!

We JUST moved into our new house this past weekend! We're still unpacking and getting settled. But at least the kids rooms are basically ready to go. I have a bit more decorating to do for the baby, I wanted to make sure that DS's room was set up first, since he actually has to live in it now, the baby's room will come together over the next few weeks I supose. I'm just glad to have her room to put stuff in now because my closet was busting at the seams trying to fit all the stuff I've bought for her plus my own stuff. I didn't realize just how stressed I was about the move until the breakdown I had in the middle of it. I'm SOOOOOOO thankful it is over!!! Good luck to all of you other movin' mamas!!!!

We sold our house about 3 weeks ago and have not yet found another one!! Close on our house March 28 so we have a couple more weeks to find a house we love and get the contract in order....super stressful. This is baby boy #2 for us so at least we have everything except for the furniture. My DS will only be 15 months when this one comes May 15 so we need a new crib...at least this baby will be in a pack & play for a few weeks so that gives us some cushion time to get something ordered.

Fingers crossed that we find the house of our dreams in the next 2-3 weeks!!
