I farted louder than I anticipated in the store today while I was holding Callie. I said- woah, baby girl are you filling that diaper for momma?

I'm sure my face was bright red. I didn't even turn to look at the guy standing right beside me.

It's a little after 3am here and up for DDs MOTN feeding....my FFFC:

I just woke up from the sound of DD screaming across the hallway. The monitor next to me was dead :(I must have forgotten to plug it in and it died. I don't know how long she had been crying.

When I ran into her room, she was shaking and she grabbed me so hard when I picked her up. Then I started crying...Now she is sleeping in her too-small-for-her bassinet, in our room, for the rest of the night. I feel terrible

Around 330 Wednesday morning, LO woke up fussing and DH woke up, woke me up and told me to go get him. This is quite unlike him and really pissed me off b/c I had to get up at 5 and he was off Wednesday. When I came back from feeding LO, I woke DH up getting into bed and stole ALL of the blankets and would not give them back.

Also, I made DH 15 min late leaving for drop off and work yesterday b/c I took extra snuggles from LO. I love when he's still waking up and does sleepy snuggles into my neck. He's so damn cute! I told DH it took him longer than normal to eat and get changed, I give no fucks, DH is always the first to the office anyways.

I had a monitor moment today too. It was turned down lower than normal. I didn't wake up until 5:15 and she was fussing. She has STTN maybe twice, usually waking up between 3-4. I know it is possible she didn't wake up but I feel bad anyway. On the plus side she is super happy this morning.

DH bought my V-day present (Hershey's kisses) midway through last week. I found them and ate them last week, just so he'd have to buy me another V-day present.

I wore the same clothes two days in a row because LO is sick and won't let me put him down. I've even had to take him to the bathroom with me. With only 3 hrs of broken sleep the several nights, I could have cared less.

On a happier and another FFFC note....we played pj party all day yesterday with my 3yr old cause I never got her dressed. She thought it was great and it was one less thing I had to do that day with a sick baby attached to me.

Whenever we see MIL, I try to dress DS in one of the (usually ugly) outfits that she's gotten him. They all say Handsome Like Daddy or Grandma's Guy or whatever.

I'm saying I'm OK with going to dinner with her tonight but I'm feeling a little passive aggressive .... DS is going to wear something that says "I love Mommy" or something that my mother got for him

I really did go shopping after the GTkY favorite outfit thread. I bought 4 shirts, a dress, 3 pairs of shoes, some work out clothes, and some pants. Sorry DH.. Spend all the money! It was a nice change after only buying baby clothes for SOOO long though. (Although I still got Jude 4 pairs of pants, a pair of shorts, swim trunks and a swim shirt, 2 pairs of flip flops, and 8 onesies.) Baby clothes are always the cutest.

We recently got a diaper sprayer for our CD. DH installed it but we haven't used it yet (waiting for solids). Well… curiosity got the best of me and I wondered if it would feel like a bidet. Epic fail. It was hard as rock freezing water spraying at 1000 miles a minute. I was dead.

@huntjul are they hard to find where you are?? We have to go to the GD american store and pay a small ransom for a tiny ass almost expired bag !! ...it's what I asked DH for, too!

I'm way too excited about my Valentine's gift this year. DH and I rarely swap gifts for any holiday. Christmas we had just got a car so we didn't want to spend. When he was in the military and would come for holidays we wouldn't swap gifts because of the money for flights, hotels, etc. So my camera broke and he told me to pick a new one out for Valentine's day. I asked for a price range and he said $2,000. I told him he was insane so he said $500. I probably won't even spend that because I'm too frugal.

My confession is boring but I'm excited and about to shop!

Also, i am a SAHM. So generally during the day all of us stay in our jammies or yoga pants/comfy clothes. If we go anywhere we get dressed. But I dont see the point in getting dressed to stay home.

I pretended my 'minor' headache at 6am was really a debilitating migraine so I could pass off our Wide Awake LO to DH and go back to sleep.

us too, and it's completely brown and dead. my dad is a florist and super picky about that kind of stuff so whenever he comes over he comments on it. I've failed my poor dad in that department.
