Saturday/Sunday- the good, the bad, the ugly

Am hanging with my mom and DS today. She makes fantastic Cesar salad and totally made me my own (huge) bowl for lunch. I don't even feel the slightest bit guilty because it was a salad and not sour candy.
My hip is killing me. Every movement is carefully considered and weighed against the pain. Unfortunately DS didn't get the memo so still needs running after.

Bad and ugly: Woke up blowing a bloody nose this morning and cannot stay awake no matter how much I sleep. Worried I'm coming down with something.
Bad: I have been snowed in for 3 days. [-(
Ugly: I won't get my mint chocolate chip milkshake today, either.
Bad: I think I'm getting to the point where I can't work 6 days a week anymore. My goal was to make it to the begining of May but I'm so sore and tired by the end of work on Saturday I couldn't even bring myself to go to the grocery store.
Ugly: the amount of laundry I have to do tomorrow.
Good: Finally finished all my home work so I have a week off before the next semester starts.
Bad: Have three classes instead of two when they do start.
Ugly: Start working doubles this coming week, and I can't seem to catch up on sleep.
Bad: DD is sick and miserable which makes everyone miserable. H went to get his car smogged and get a haircut. He was gone for 5 hours. Thanks a lot H, for taking a 5 hour break and leaving me with a sick toddler who is crying and asking for you. It's a good thing he brought me home thin mints...
Ugly: I'm covered in snot from the sick toddler. I'll be getting in the shower soon.

He's supposed to have Sat afternoon and all day Sunday off, but with calving going on his boss thinks it's great to make him work extra hrs with no break in sight. It's really, really making me grouchy.

Good: my plans tonight got cancelled so now I'm chilling at home in my pj's eating popcorn and watching Banshee with DH.
Bad: nothing really!
Ugly: I gave my dog a bath and he ran off before I could dry him off, so my house is semi damp and smells like wet dog
Bad: pretty sure DH looks better than me. I barely got my shit together, and he looks kind of hipster cute. Maybe I'll see about getting lucky tonight, evening I feel guilty for not looking as good as I could have.
Ugly: I don't now what to get for dinner. I've been staring at the menu all day.
Good: Went shopping with my mom and got some stuff for starting our nursery (finally!)
Bad: Stomach cramps, but definitely gastric related. Yuck.
Ugly: My house. It is a mess. We have stuff everywhere because we have been painting and moving things around. I know it will look nice when it is done, but for now it makes me cringe looking at it.

Bad: in trying really hard to control my sugar intake while pregnant but I want so much chocolate and ice cream.
Ugly: I want sex, but my vag has been swollen and painful the last two times.
The bad: I just spent the last 45 minutes cleaning my dog's diarrhea out of our carpet. There is a good from that though, it didn't stain!
The ugly: our Star Trek DVD is scratched and now I can't ogle Chris Pine.
Good: DH brought home KFC for me. The nearest one is 35 miles away so it needed warmed,but it hit the spot.
Bad: I'm giving chiropractic care a shot to help with my son's ears and it's going to cost me $70/week for the next month, but if it works then it will be awesome.
Ugly: My coworker finally got pregnant after a 15 months of trying thanks to Clomid. She was having twins. She went back this week for follow up and one of them didn't have a HB. One measures 8w5d and the other stopped growing at 6w3d.
She's sad and thankful all at once and I'm doing whatever I can to help her.
On the other hand my husband was not feeling good last night so he laid low today.
Bad: I'm to tired to enjoy the party
Ugly: I'm so itchy this reaction is getting terrible.
Good: I found awesome bins, baskets and a hamper today at Homegoods for the nursery! It's starting to come together!
Bad: Cannot stop my nose from running- it's chaffed, dry and red from blowing it so many times. I'm completely over this winterrrrrrrrr!!!
Ugly: I am still super sensitive to smells... Winterfresh gum, Italian dressing, old person cologne etc., all make me want to vom in addition to many other things...
Bad: We should have been able to make some good progress on cleaning out my office and DH's office (future nursery) today but we spent most of the day on the couch instead. And my body is so sore. I feel like I just ran a marathon.
Ugly: The house is a mess (this is nothing new) and just getting worse and worse each week. Must force myself to do some cleaning tomorrow.

Yes!!! Wtf my vag is swollen too. I was just at the docs for a sugar checkup and he confirmed it... Why? Ugh
The bad and ugly: in the ER with my husband. It looks like he has a massive kidney stone. I've never heard him scream and it's scaring me.

3. At first glance I was like, "Whoa! Her middle finger is soooo tan!" Then I realized it was a shadow. Me dumb. b-(
Bad: Can't sleep. Fiance' is at his bachelor party and every time I fall asleep I have nightmares about it.
Ugly: Found out his party moved from a safe place to his douchey friend's house. The one friend of his that I absolutely can't stand and would have no issue getting him in trouble. So now I REALLY can't sleep. I trust my fiancé, but I really do not trust this certain friend.
The good: my best friends moved into their new house in my neighborhood yesterday.
The bad: I helped them move.
The ugly: I haven't eaten since 3pm yesterday and now I'm lying in bed starving, with a migraine, and feeling like total crud (and not feeling the whole breakfast thing).
It snowed last night but it already melted. Bf and I have been been fighting for like a day. I have been feeling the baby move less the last few days.
Hopefully today turns around and is my "good"
