Some internet providers use dynamic IPs and since the IP changes it can cause that to happen. This site explains that: https://www.noip.com/support/knowledgebase/what-is-a-dynamic-ip-address/

However, my first thought was an AE.

@slappalicious, no longer scary! This was back in the fall of 2012. (I was originally here in summer 2010, then poked my head back in around Feb 2012, but back away for a bit, and then in the fall became more active again). I was trying to be funny and you rolled your eyes at me. So did CLE. I thought you were rude and snarky. Oh the horror!

If she inherited a banned IP, the system will try to ban her every time it refreshes until the ban on the IP itself is lifted. Unbanning her acct only results in brief access,then re-banning. @DarcyHermione you might want to let them know to try that.
