We just had to put her back in the RnP because she is pretty sick and congested right now. We have a crib wedge, but it didn't seem to help nearly as much as the RnP. When she's better, she'll go back in the crib. We have it inclined with the wedge and also have towels rolled up under the sheet to make sure she doesn't scoot around too much.
We have bed shared since the beginning. I'm not sure when I'll move her yet, probably by 6 months. It's working right now for us so I don't see a reason to change it.
