Hi ladies. After spending the past few weeks in limbo while over on PgAL, I am making an unfortunate return to TTCAL. I love you girls to pieces, however I did not plan on returning. After a bleeding scare and trips back and forth for blood draws and ultrasounds over the past 2 weeks, our u/s yesterday confirmed that our LO stopped growing at 6w2d and no heartbeat could be found. I had my D&C procedure this morning and am just returning home. I must say, it is a comforting feeling to know that I have a place to come back to where I can find support and also offer support for those going through this crappy mess of life after loss.
The OB is sending the tissue for chromosomal testing, which results should come back for within a month. They are now suggesting RPL testing, however we will wait for the chromosomal results to come back first. We are shaking our heads that we are going through this again, with both pregnancies stopping growing at just over 6 weeks.
I'll be lurking over the next few days and will be back to offering support asap!
