Agreed.... I thought about it AFTER I posted.... So smart am I. I barely IG anymore though, so it doesn't really matter.

The BOAB thread wasn't all about you though. It was mostly a love fest, IIRC. Also, you are clearly not over your grievances, judging by your UO yesterday and other shots you have taken at BME. I am fully aware that it wasn't all about me. I had an UO yesterday and it was about several people here and IRL, BME kept pushing it so I told her what I thought.

I am aware that BME is hurting and was hurting at the time shit went down. Like I said, I have no grudges. I am truly sorry for what BME and her family are going through, but I think using it as a reason to lash out at someone else, especially someone that your little OB used to consider a friend, it crap. In all the time I have been going through my shit, have you seen me lash out at someone unprovoked? I didn't think so....

I was simply suggesting that maybe our board needed it, because it seemed to me that there had been tension,etc, this week. Sorry for trying to say that I wanted our board to be better, happier, cohesive.

My PM comment had nothing to do with the FFFC mention; it only had to do with bobkat saying that she reported it as child prn. IMO solely hitting the child prn button to report the thing was shitty.

I don't take issue with how cherrycrepe commented and planned on coming back to report it later. I admitted above that I do think a comment is easier/more practical than sending a PM through another media site.

What's awkward? If she meant to block me then she could/should have said that it was purposeful. I know she's had security issues in the past (whitepony) so I assumed that it was due to those reasons.

TBF, can you PM on IG? I mean, wouldn't it have been a little weird for her, as someone who isn't a friend of Mirask on FB, to search for her on FB and PM her about her son's penis on IG?

Yeah,I'm not friends with her on FB, I was on mobile and unable to PM (and plus, if I did message her on TB, people would most likely cry foul - keep it off of TB!!! drama stirring crazy person - so damned if you do, damned if you don't. I don't have a problem with how you handled anything on IG. Here is a summary of what I tried to say here:
Me: I think it's shitty that bobkat reported it as child prn without saying anything
You: I was going to come back and report it if it wasn't taken down after I commented.
Me: Yah, but at least you commented. You didn't just hit the report button like a snake.

If something really bothered you enough to report it as child prn, then wouldn't you tell that person instead of secretly flagging their pic as something quite serious? I mean, tell them and flag them, that's fine, but just to flag it - I thought we had more courtesy than that.

I would and have taken a picture that showed my child's naked butt on my smart phone. There was a story in Minnesota (a year ago?), a man who happens to be a teacher and sports coach, had videos and pictures of his children on his phone. They were school aged (elementary school) and they were doing things like going to the bathroom, with weird commentary. Inappropriate commentary. He was investigated - I think he brought his phone in for service or something and they saw the images and reported them? I know he was trying to contest that they were innocent but I believe he lost his job over it. I stopped following it, because honestly, it creeps me out and I guess I'd rather be ignorant about the details because it makes me sick to my stomach.

I was in a meeting and I'm catching up. Deal with it.

When I processed photos at Target, we were not allowed to print anything that had underage nakedness or more than one person naked. I had to call the store manager. It was my understanding that underage nudes could be reported to the police. It neve rhappened, so I don't know exactly what the process was, but yeah.

and? It's not the same. One picture printed stored in a baby album in your own house. Not the same as posting it out publicly with your name attached (and pretty much all other identifying information) forever. She just gave rights to that photo to facebook, fyi.

This is what people don't understand about IG. Your account might be private, but your pictures don't belong to you. And even if you delete, they're lingering out there in cyber space, stored by FB developers.
