Sexy Time Question...

Ok, here goes:
We had sex last night and I'm kinda achy today, just short of calling it cramping. Anyone else have this problem? Solutions?

    I get the same thing. When DH and I have a night of fun, it's normally followed by a morning of feeling like someone kicked me in the vaj.

    I've found that restorative yoga poses tend to help with the soreness as well as drinking a few extra glasses of water that day.

    I haven't felt cramps afterwards, but definitely sore, like I had an intense workout. Need a few days between romps for sure.

    I always feel crampy after sex. That's why I always analyze things before I do it. Lol. It's not super bad cramping but it can get uncomfortable.
