@carlsonbaby2014 - that's me! I did alright this week, not too shabby, actually. I made it to all the classes at the gym that I wanted to take EXCEPT for one yesterday. I did BodyPump but had scheduled myself for zumba right after that and just...couldn't. I was so tired!! I'm happy I stuck to the plan, though - I feel good about that

@KC1212 - How did this week go for you? Were you able to make it to the gym and/or assess your diet and decide which foods need to be nixed?
@Megdowntheshore - How were the trips to the gym and walks with the pup? Are you still planning to do a run tomorrow with YH?

Well- I did make it to the gym once this week and I am going to TRY to get my butt there tonight
As for the diet, I've been logging it in MFP and trying to make better choices but according to MFP I'm eating like half fat and half carbs and only a small amount of protein - I bet that's my culprit!
But thanks to @mrsg80inTN I've been combing skinny taste and I have a nice grocery list and meal plan laid out.

This week was awfully rough, I can't deny it. On Tues and Wed I was disoriented and having symptoms I would swear are flu. Turns out that if you are a shmuck like me, and heavily abuse coffee for years, your brain chemistry hard reboots and knocks you on your ass.
BUT, I am alcohol free as of Tues, and only put one scoop out of three in my coffee (tomorrow I try 100% decaf. Pray for me). I also haven't had a spec of aspartame for over a week!
I'm now exploring Herbal Coffees to get purely free of caffeine (even decaf has some). We'll see how it goes!

Hi ladies… I’m ok… Other than CD1 and being pizzed about that and eating a little too much chocolate I’m about 87% from the cold so that’s good. Still sore from the barre class (ouch), but I did Zumba yesterday and since I was late I ran/walked on the treadmill too and ran about 6 mins (not total) so that was good for me. I’m giving myself today and tomorrow to sulk about CD1 and then I’m getting my stuff together and I’m going to stop throwing a pitty party and be the woman I need to be. I did weigh in at the gym for our “Maintain don’t gain” challenge which started before Thanksgiving and I lost 2#. So, I’m in the running for a prize.
@KC1212 – YAY I’m so glad you have found some skinnytaste recipes. Let me know which ones you try – I’m always looking for new ones.
@carlsonbaby2014 – sigh about boot camp. Hope the elliptical is good to you… If you’re like me and have Amazon Prime you can find a good show and watch it. I recommend Covert Affairs!

@Hawkward – Yay for getting more exercise in. I know it’s got to be hard with monitoring your HR, but it sounds like you are on track with dairy and gluten too. Rock is sister!

Hi girls! This week I completed my Week 7 of Couch to 5K! I'm up to 25 minutes of straight running...never done that in my life! I downloaded 10K app to my phone...yikes. I'm also signing up for the 5K Color Run in a nearby city. It's in May...just.got.real. Sending you all big HUGS and congrats on your accomplishments!
ETA: Ooo I also had a carrot and pineapple smoothie for breakfast today. 'Twas delish!

This! I could do a mud run but that's about it! I have a fantastic goal one day to actually walk a marathon. It can be done at a quick enough pace but I'm no where near ready for that.
How did I not know you were in Nashville? DH and I had our summer vacation there this year....seriously best vacation ever!
Let's see....real touristy stuff was the Opry, the backstage tour, Belle Meade plantation, hall of fame. We had my birthday dinner at the Stockyard. But mostly, we drank and drank and partied and drank. Lol.
