Good Morning Ladies - Hope everyone had a great week! I find myself attempting to get back in the routine of work now (this is my first full week in almost a month). How did you all do over the holidays?

Thurs- short walk- it was cold out and I got a killer side ache
Fri- 40 min walk
Sat- 30 min strength
Rants/raves- I'm feeling like I really fell off the workout train. There were a few weeks where I only got in one day. But I keep telling myself to push forward and that I don't have to give up. I'm feeling big bc I'm having twins, so my belly feels like it did at 6-7 months with DD. My endurance is shot and I'm pretty exhausted most days from chasing a 19mo old.
Goals: Going to try to do some kind of activity 3-4 days/week. Anything is better than nothing!
