Leaking already?

I'm a FTM so excuse me if this sounds stupid. I was watching tv on my side today and when I got up realized my boob leaked on the pillow. I'm 25w4d so this just seemed really early for this to start already. Has this happened to anyone else? Am I going to have to wear breast pads all the time now?

    i am beyond thrilled to see your post! I am 27 weeks today and have been noticed some moisture for a couple of weeks but thought I must be imagining things - until this past Tuesday. After the shower my breasts leaked so much it was actually dripping and running down my stomach. I panicked immediately b/c I didn't know it would happen but google and several friends assured me it was ok. I bought nursing pads and wear them during the day at work - just in case.

    There are posts like yours almost every day. So I think it's safe to say you're not alone.

    When does leaking normally start? I'm almost 25 weeks and I haven't had any. FTM. I'm not worried just curious

    For some women they'll never leak. I never leaked when I was pregnant with DD and didn't have any breastfeeding issues - if that can reassure anyone. For this one, I'm almost 28 weeks and still no leaking. It really depends on the individual.

    @nicole mackenzie, Mine didn't leak at all when I was a FTM.  I noticed with my 2nd around 27 weeks, but it wasn't an always leak, it was just kind of an in the shower or getting booby action leak.

    I have been leaking small amounts for awhile. It's not a lot but I noticed is stain on my bra and sometimes my nipples feel wet and will have white stuff. So weird.

    With my first I started leaking at 28 weeks (to the day!). I commented to DH I should probably buy some nursing pads this weekend, as I'll be 26 weeks.
