Kegels??

How often are you doing kegels?? I'm getting vag rejuvination w/ my cs, so not such a big deal for me but its probably good to do anyway right?? I guess its supposably good for baby right??

    Stupid/TMI question - Is it really bad that I have no clue how to do these things?  I have tried and tried, but I really feel like I'm failing at this.

    I saw on the show the Doctors that theres a tool to measure how strong you are in there!! Pretty Cool!! :))

    @SimplyRSVP Are you sure you're failing? The pelvic floor muscle is the one you use when you stop urine midstream, so that's an easy way to test it. Alternatively, you can check by inserting a finger or two into your vagina. If you're doing it properly, you'll be able to feel the squeeze of the muscle.

    I want this to say "vaginal responsibliity" but I don't know what that would entail.

    I just want the best for my man :x I did put off the color treatments until after since it might not be safe for baby though, but I no some girls still get highlights done so maybe its not a big deal after all. Kind of embarssing to ask the doc tho  :-/

    I would wait on the tummy tuck--skin is elastic. What if you got a tummy tuck right away and then your skin shrunk even more? You wouldn't want hubbi seeing the outlines of your Fallopian tubes, would you?

    He dosnt ask me to do anything accept he doesnt like when Im online alot :(
    I just owe him bc we have such a nice life together so I like to take care of myself for him any ways I can think of n he is happy to pay for it :))
