Can I just put out there (so I don't murder my husband) that unless you are going to present me with well researched sleep training materials I don't want to hear about how our teething/sick/growth spurt/wonder week 6 month old needs to cry himself to sleep. We are doing things my way because you are going OOT until Friday!!

Our husbands must be sharing a brain. I posted a while back about how mine kept saying the same thing and not only saying that, but doing it at 3:30 am when it was "his turn" with the baby... I finally had to have a get-real convo after a couple nights of 3:30 am arguments and tell him that if he wanted to educate himself on SLEEP TRAINING Ben, then I would be happy to discuss that with him. However there is a difference between SLEEP TRAINING and flat out CIO and there will be no full on CIO with my child. Period. Oh yeah, I had to go there...
A. It helped that I put my foot down about it but also B- he didn't realize there was such a thing as sleep training and that it's just that- training. You don't just suddenly one day leave a baby to CIO for an undetermined amount of time til they just cry themselves to sleep. Especially when they are sick or teething, etc! He got it, finally. I think we might be down to one wake up per night now. Progress!!
@funkyphoenix another "different" recipe that could be brunchy is blueberry quesadillas. Just do blueberry cream cheese spread and (thawed) frozen blueberries in a tortilla and pan fry. These are not very sweet so for me, I would microwave the frozen blueberries with some sugar. Mmm...
I am awake and both of my girls are asleep. Chloe missed the JT concert bc she was sick and we had tears and tears about it. I sold them though and made $150 profit.

Oh man. That's probably the equivalent to us missing an NKOTB concert back in the day! Poor Chloe.
@funkyphoenix exactly!! Don't come to me in the middle of the night and say "just let him cry, nothing else is working". He is just getting over being sick so we need to be sure he's hydrated and you aren't even the one getting up!! I made him give a bottle when Ty woke up at 4:30 (for the first time!) it's 6 now and I'm pumping, but it was totally worth if
My heart hurts for Chloe @JANCANDANCE(. Wasn't that her big Christmas gift? What are you going to do now?
I will get her a nice gift card amount to Dicks Sporting Goods. She is my tomboy fo lyfe lol. But I'm also looking at tickets when he comes to Charlotte. That is only a 3 hour drive from here. We have friends there we could crash with as well.
