Sore nipples, but not my breasts!

Hello! I am trying to search for the answer to my question, but I figured why not get the answer from women who have been pregnant?!

Hubby and I want a baby, but we aren't really pushing to try hard for a baby. This week I have had very sore nipples! But not my breasts, normally when I am close to ovulation, my breasts hurt like when my periods coming, then it goes away. My nipples have been very sore and it won't go away.

Has anyone had this as a pregnancy symptom??

Yes I know not everyone on this board has been pregnant, I am just asking a simple question.

Lol. Based on your title, for a sec I thought you were talking about someone else's nipples. :P

Seriously, though, take a HPT. Your symptom could mean nothing, or it could be that you're pregnant, but we have no idea.

Oh I know that. I just wanted to see if anyone has had that as a symptom before. Not asking if I'm pregnant.

Not all the women on this board have been pregnant, FYI.

To answer your question, I've never been pregnant and I get sore nipples every cycle, sometimes from O to AF, sometime just during AF. Anything can be a pregnancy symptom, the only way to know for sure is to take a test.

I've never been pregnant, but I've had sensitive nipples before....

I've never been pregnant before. Some cycles I have sore nipples after ovulation and sometimes it is just my boobs.

To answer your question, no I've never had sore nipples for a pregnancy symptom.

I just found out I'm pregnant and today I have sore/sensitive nipples but not breasts. However its a very ambiguous symptom which can be attributed to PMS and you should take an hpt if you want to know if you're pregnant

I've never been pregnant, but I've had every permutation of sore breasts/nipples out there. Pms, crazy night s of sex, planets being in alignment, whatevs. Boobs are weird

ETA: Well ok, I was briefly pregnant a long time ago, but it was so short I don't like to count it.

I've been pregnant before. Anyways, the day after ovulation my nipples hurt very badly. Not my breasts at all, just the nips. When I was pregnant my whole entire breast hurt so badly.

Dr. Google says yes, sore nipples can be a sign of pregnancy.

If you're not using FF I recommend you start. If nothing else you can keep track of your symptoms throughout your cycle. I used to get excited about symptoms until I realized I have the same symptoms at the same points in my cycle and they have nothing to do with anything.

I have been tracking somewhat. New symptom for me
