I have been craving something for about a week now, but I can't figure out what it is. I've tried a variety of fruits, veggies, sweets, salty snacks, etc and nothing satisfies my craving! Anyone else in this boat?
It's been about a week now! There's something that I want really bad, but I can't figure it out. I walked up and down every aisle in the store hoping something would stand out. Nope. @ealiska I get the same way!
My bet is on protein. ..even when I wasn't pregnant I would have this and only a protein filled meal would get rid of it. I have an aversion to meat still since getting pregnant so I would suggest some cheese and an apple with pb....weird I know but it's been helping me a lot plus it's not the worst thing to be eating hahaha
I have the opposite problem. I've been craving all sorts of things from salty to sweet to sour. One moment all I can think about is ramen noodle soup, then I want a smoothie or some dried fruits and nuts. Then I want a spinach and beet salad with balsamic dressing. Next I was craving cottage cheese with peach butter and golden raisins. Thankfully, everything I've been craving has been mostly healthy.
