I need your help today

It has been one month as of today that I lost my sweet fur baby, I am having a rough time this morning. I can't seem to stop crying. She was not just a dog she was 12 years of friendship and unconditional love.. I miss her so much.

Harley is crazy hyper and always sneezes in my face. He isn't coming along with potty training all that well. Otherwise, he's been a true blessings my son adores him. No one warned me that pugs are stage five clingers.

Roxie was a pug and she was stage five for the whole 12 years :x

This is my sweet six year old. He's my everything. My husband tells me all the time that he knows if I were asked to choose between him or the dog, I would choose the dog!

I got my little fur baby at a very crucial time in my adult life. He's been though a lot with me and I love him so much! He needs knee surgeries in a few weeks and it already breaks my heart to think about the pain he will be in!

I'm sorry for the loss of your sweet fur baby. That's heartbreaking.

Hugs to you @mrscrcalli. You're guardian angel is just the sweetest thing. I am so very sorry. I still get upset when I think about my childhood dog who passed. It just means that they helped give you the life you deserve, and you took advantage of it through love and memories.

Our Miacho has changed our lives forever and always. He has taught us so much about love, understanding, patience, and growing. We adopted him when he was 4. He was abused in one way or another by men and wouldn't go anywhere near my husband. Two months of forced patience, frustration, treats, play, and walks, Miacho embraced us as his new family. He has taught us so much about ourselves and each other, I am so grateful for such a selfless being. He truly loves us with all his heart, and every day we come home to him is the best day of our lives.

This is my crazy daisy doo. She is 3 years old and such a pain in the butt at times but I wouldn't change her she has an amazing personality and loves cuddles and fusses. Although she isn't very old I've had her since she was 8 weeks old and got her with my partner who I split from just a month after getting her and she kept me going giving me somthing to focus on so she truly is amazing. Love her to bits. So sorry about your fur baby :-(

Pretty is my fur baby. She's a 6 year old pit and I love her to death. She's the most expressive and loving dog I've ever had and I can't picture my life without her.

I'm so sorry about the loss of your fur baby. I'm sure she loved you just as much and had a happy 12 years with you.

Kaya is my best friend and with me everyday. She is loving and kind and hilarious. She's got all the best husky-isms and I just love her to pieces. She's taught me so much in the past 4 years.

my heart hurts for you.

This is my Oliver. He has been my 'constant' since 2010 and has gotten me through one of the toughest times in my life. My ex-fiance was up to dirty tricks right before we were supposed to get married and I found out about it and couldnt go through with the wedding knowing what I knew. Despite him being the one that screwed up, he started leveraging our belongings with the Ollie, because he knew I couldnt be without the dog. So I let him keep everything in exchange for Ollie. In retrospect, not a single regret in doing so... I could never replace him. He is my constant companion and 'my son', despite being an animal

He is the biggest cuddler and lover, my lap will never be the same!

Our 6-month old chipoo (yep, a chipoo). She is still a puppy but is so smart - housebroken really fast and knows a couple of tricks. Whenever I feel sick or hormonal, she always seems to know and comes to do some snugs. She frequently rests her head or paw on my little bump like she knows! She experienced her first snow on Sunday and loved it!

I'm so sorry for your loss. I have lost a fur baby too and my memories with him are forever cherished. *hugs!!*

This is my little (giant) monster Samson. We adopted him when he was 3 months after we had to put down our last rescue when he turned 2 because he turned aggressive on anyone that wasn't family. We tried everything but even rescue agencies wouldn't take him because of his aggression. It broke our heart:( we adopted Sam from the same rescue in NY and he's been great, thinks he is a lap dog. Sorry for the loss of your pup

This is Dude. He's a 3 year old Border Collie/Great Dane mix

He's always been a Mama's boy but now that I'm pregnant he's obsessed with me. DH will pretend to bite me and he starts howling and nipping DHs sleeves to make him get away from me.

And this is Chester. He's 5 and half, he is the sweetest dog. He would hold me in bed when my husband was deployed (slightly creepy) and he shakes when I'm mad at my husband..even though my husband is normally completely unaware that I'm mad. He is a good sport with my son too...my son insisted Chester needed to wear his hat.

I know exactly how you feel. I lost my fur baby a few weeks after I found out I was pregnant. It was a lonely few months after and very hard to deal. I've been bugging DH about getting another one for a little while now. I've just always had that buddy by my side and I missed the company. It's crazy you posted this because literally, yesterday, look what came into my life.

Loosing a fur baby sucks! I still cry (a tear or two) sometimes when I think of my very first dog, Riley. Between my sisters and I, he was my buddy, and as crazy as he was, I loved him to pieces.

These are our three nut jobs! Finnegan is the dark colored kitty, and Seamus is the white one. I woke up this morning to Seamus hogging my husband's pillow and Finnegan hogging mine. Luckily Finnegan let me have a corner and use him as a pillow while I tried to fall back asleep. Duffy is our newest addition. We rescued him in April, and he's around 5-7 years old. He's goofy, outta control with energy, and clings to me like a wet blanket, but I do love him. (He was supposed to be my husband's dog... yeah that worked out...)

This is Bo. We got him a week after DH and I got married. DH was hurt with a slipped disc and wanted someone at home to pass the time with. He helped us through some really rough times in the past year (moving twice due to illegal suites, a miscarriage, and my mum being diagnosed with cancer), he always makes us smile (I think it is the huge ears and puppy dog eyes). This pic is when he was about 3 months old...He still has the large eyelashes in this one.

(((((Cali))))) I know how much it hurts to lose a furbaby. They are our family and it's hard when they are gone.
This is Gallifrey DH got her for me one Christmas, she is 3 now. She is feisty and will only let you pet or hold her if she comes to you. She This pic is actually from just after my first loss, around then she would come and cuddle with me whenever I layed I sat down.
Eta her favorite toy is the pull-tab from an oj bottle lol.

This is Bettie (the white Pomeranian) Kaylee (the Yorkiepoo) and Charlie (my Great Dane, German Shepherd, Rottweiler mix). I got Bettie the day after I got in a horrible car accident three years ago. She has been my calm constant companion ever since. She's very shy and sweet. She protects me like none other and even more now that I'm pregnant. She's constantly laying her head and paw on my belly. Kaylee was my husbands dog when we met. Her and Bettie are the same age, same size, and best friends. Charlie is my puppy. We got her 6 months ago. She's the wild one! She's full of energy and just wants love all the time. But she is very much the big protector of the family. I don't know what I'd do without any of them.

This is Tinky. We adopted her almost two years ago and we can't imagine life without her. She has brought so much joy, love and affection to our little family. She is not just a dog but an important member of our family. We take her everywhere. She even went on vacation with us on a 5 1/2 hour flight to Miami last July.

Our family had Coco for 12 years too. She was the sweetest, smartest puppy ever and she filled our home and our hearts with so much love!! After 12 joyful years, she got really sick and we had to let her go. But the memories we have will live on forever..

I have 1 brother and sister and my brother always said that Coco was his favorite female in the house because she didn't talk back to him LOL

This is Porter, our almost 2 year old boxer/mastiff pup. He is a giant baby, lap dog and love who follows us around everywhere and gives us a million kisses and snuggles a day. He is still a very playful puppy and loves to run around outside like a wild man with us, fishing, swimming and hiking. He especially loves car rides. I cannot imagine life without him. He is my buddy especially with a DH who is gone almost every week for work. Dogs are the greatest
