I am in the hospital and we are trying to prolong things as much as possible without putting anything into jeopardy. They really want us to make it to 28 weeks which is 9 days away!!!

Anything else you want to share? I had a med free hospital birth with DD followed by a home birth with DS. I'm having another home birth this time around and can't wait! I'm very passionate about natural/med free birth but equally so about empowering women to really learn about childbirth and make the choices that work best for them.

Anything else you want to share? A month before I got my BFP I did my first sprint triathlon. I trained 5-6 days a week for about 4 months. I was so proud that I never stopped once during the race, even when my ankle started to hurt halfway through my run. It was worth it!

Yes! And though we don't live together (I'm just not a co-habitating kind of girl at this point!), he's very much a presence in my life and will likewise be in Baby's. I was doing triathlons prior to getting pregnant with Micah (we had issues with losses so was advised to back off on training, and not exercise during the first tri) and look forward to getting back into it in a few years.

It took my parents 12 years to have me and my cousins have been TTC for 9 years now, so I went off my BC thinking it would take a while to get pregnant. Anything else you want to share? I am craving sweets big time with this pregnancy. After realizing I've gained 2 pounds per week the past two months, I have tried to refocus my sweet tooth on to sweet fruits. It's been successful so far this week!

I'm obsessed with reading the classics. I've probably read Dante's Divine Comedy three times in different translations because I lurve it so much. Right now I'm reading Ovid.

I'm a wicked good cook and like to show it off. I'm hosting Christmas dinner this year and might make souffle just for the AW factor.

I play the Irish fiddle reasonably well. While in nursing school I made my pocket money by busking (playing in public with my fiddle case open in front of me. On a good day I could make as much as $20/hour, but I never had the stamina for more than two hours a day!)

I write poetry and am trying to gather my courage this winter to submit it to a lit journal.

Aaaaaand I've run four half-marathons, slowly, with a PR of 2:08.....had to stop running with this pregnancy because of ligament pain, but swimming instead and now thinking about trying a Triathlon when I'm done with this! (@novelblessings, I'll take any advice you can give!)

What is something unique or interesting about you? I am a HUGE Beatles fan, singer, bass player and when I was in High School, I was a 4 time All State "Athlete"... for Bowling!
