Can you tell me if these baby names are terrible?

I am awful at coming up with baby names and DH and I take forever to agree on anything so I thought I'd ask you guys. I don't want to bring this to the BN board in case I might get ripped a new one, I never know what names they're hating on at the moment.

So what do you think of these:

Sophie Kathryn

Sophie Charlotte

Penelope Claire

James Rhys

John Rhys

Rhys James

Feel free to suggest names. I really have no idea.

I like Penelope and Rhys. Not a fan of John. I think they are all solid names.

John actually doesn't sound all that well with our last name, but it is my grandfather's name so I was really trying to make it work. I just don't think it is one that we will use though. Kind of a bummer.

I'm leanin' towards Penelope Claire and James Rhys.

Benjamin is my ALL TIME favorite boys name but DH has said no like a million times to a Ben. I even busted out some tears. Not happening. Can't grind that man down for shit.

I do have trouble with Rhys, as it doesn't come natural to me on how to pronnounce it, but I would likely pic Rhys James if it were my choice.

I'm not due until the end of July so I've got time. I am one of those crazy people that likes to put names on everything though so once we know what this one is I'm sure I'll have the name plastered all over everything.
