Asshole DH- throat punch time UPDATE

I've been in extreme pain. My doctor has had me on morphine and Percocet.
I don't take the Percocet unless I am feeling like I am going to die...
My husband flushed my entire script down the toilet because he said I was going to get his unborn child addicted.

He is on the biggest shit list.

P.s husband Percocet is NOT heroin. Learn your shit. Unless you're a doctor and went to schoo don't touch my shit.

Hopefully one day he feels his hip bones rolling a part so I can throw all his pain meds away.

What an asshole.

Update:
He had only flushed 9 of them.

My doctor came in, and gave me a script for 112 of them right in front of him.
He was speechless.

And I sat there smiling the entire time.

Wow, I would be livid! I take pain meds for a preexisting condition and i can not function without my meds. Some people just don't understand how they can be taken responsible to manage pain. Your doc wouldn't prescribe them if you didn't need them. Can you ask your doc for another script? I hope dh realizes he's sleeping on the couch! Sorry you are dealing with so much pain

Wow that's really messed up! From what I've heard baby will only go through withdrawal if you are taking percocet till the very end maybe if you tell him that you will taper off a little when closer to delivery he will be more understanding. Plus he should trust your Dr he had no right.

Wow... If my DH would have done that to me then I would have put out a warning for him to sleep with one eye open! Does he not realize that you are about to give birth and I know that he has no concept of the pain??? Hello we are all crazy and hormonal right now... so yes please piss me off and give me a reason to beat your ass!!!

On a side note I am very sorry that he did this to you! I would call the dr and explain the situation and see if you can get more and then just hide the pills from him. I typically would not advise hiding things from your H (out side of like presents) but in cases where you truly need something to help you keep going and he can't get that then I think that it is fair game!
