My husband found this website for me. I'm honestly trying to spread it as many places I can. I feel like if I had this right before or right after DS was born, I would have been in a much better place mentally. The page I linked to is specifically for the newest moms, but there is even helpful stuff throughout the website for the moms with toddlers. I just had to share this with you guys. I thought about sharing it with some other boards, but don't know which ones. Hope it comforts you like it did me!
