Has anyone seen this website? It's submissions of reasons why toddlers are crying. I thought of this today as DD 1 was crying because I cooked her egg this morning and wouldn't just give her a raw egg in the shell. She then cried when I wouldn't let her sit on the dishwasher door as I was emptying it. It looks like it's going to be one of those days here so I'm already deciding on what wine I'm going to drink tonight. Anyone else have some funny reasons why their toddler has cried?

Re: Reasons my son is crying
My 2 year old cried yesterday because I made her get dressed. Like full on hysterical crying...

He cried the other day bc we put corn on the tray of his high chair instead of letting him eat it out if the pan.
He cries when he wants one of the toys his brothers are playing with. But not so he can play with it. Just so that they can't.
He cries when he wants to watch Singing in the Rain and we can't figure out which scene he wants.
Last night he cried bc I wouldn't light the stem of a gourd on fire so that he could pretend it was a candle and blow it out.
Ah, toddlers.
I don't have a toddler but my almost 2yr old niece had a 15min meltdown last week because her mom wouldn't take off her shirt. Lately she has been boycotting clothes which is fine but my sister would not give in and take off her own clothes lol. Apparently she wants everyone to be naked with her.
My ds has the same melt down daily. He gets tired and starts wandering the house crying and yelling "binkie, where are you?"
I forget my favorite one! Ds will fight you to the death that the twins are not both named Evie. He will ugly cry if you even mention that one is named Penelope.
Oh and his new coat is a monster.
