When can I start cereal in the bottle?

Re: When can I start cereal in the bottle?

  • Just because I add cereal doesn't mean I don't care about my child, and like I said no matter what is said on here I'm not changing my ways of doing things because that's what works best for me and my baby. End of story!

OH NO! Send me to jail for child neglect because I sit and drink coffee in the morning!! Shame on me!!!! :o don't be jealous just because you don't have that privilege!and Because my baby is awesome, sleeps all night, and only cries when she is hungry. Why did you have a kid if all you want to do is sit around on this baby app and bitch at people all day?
  • I'm not the least bit angry. What don't you people understand about that? And yes, I'm very aware it is an actual website. Anywho, I'm on my way to get my neglected baby her vaccinations (let me guess you all are against that too). AND I gave her tylenol BEFORE her shots. :O
Now maybe that will give you something to bitch about today and add to me being a horrible mother! Continue on....

Oh so just because someone comes on here, states THEIR opinion, and then doesn't back down from all you people and say "Oh,I'm so sorry!", that means I'm a troll and less believable? Ha. You got another thing coming. You BETTER BELIEVE this mama will continue to put cereal in EVERY bottle. You people don't change my mind or opinions at all, no matter what you say.Man, this really gets under y'all's skin that bad huh??? Haha Like I said last night, BASH ON!!!! I'm about to get my nice cup of coffee after my 11 hours total last night, sit on my porch, and keep reading all your sweet, lovely comments and just keep being entertained!!!

Umm, why do you need coffee?  Didn't you just get "11 hours total" last night?

Uuummm. Maybe Because I like the taste? Didn't think about that did ya? Lol. You really are a sensitive little bunch. I figured you all would have something to say about the tylenol before shots. Since some pedis don't recommend that anymore!
  • And because coffee goes great with a cigarette. Oh! Another thing to get your panties in a wad ;)

    Yawn. Troll is getting old.
It's not required for you to look at this post. If you don't like it, move on.
  • OK troll, now you must be just making shit up, I'm done.

Eat me alive on a mobile website/app?? Oh how horrible! That will just ruin a persons day :(

Honey, it's a saying, no one wants to eat a smoker, they would taste disgusting.

Thank you so much for explaining to me it's a saying. I didn't have the slightest clue that it was!
  • Wow, this has been very entertaining.  :)  I've enjoyed the read.

My Pedi did recommend giving LO Tylenol prior to his vaccines.  Some Dr.s still advise it.  She is a great Dr. too.
  • Too bad for you!

Why? Because we have actual lives and interact with our families?

Only person anyone feels sorry for here is your SO and LO.

Aaaawwwww. How sweet of you to feel sorry for them!
    *tear rolling down face*

  • Not poor me sweetie. I don't need anybody to feel sorry for me. I have my own money, an education that nobody can take away, and really don't need your sympathy.

Since you want to continue this game how about you guess how old I am? Since you intrigued by me

Boy. You are one rude woman.
For an RN you sure do practice some old stuff. Hope your not working with young babies and first time moms. FTM's don't need you giving them bad advice. Please as you suggested to the other mother, read a few books.
Oh and yeah congratulations on having an education and money, because none of the other women on TB have that.

I've already read my books, so I'll pass on that suggestion. Thank you! I'm glad I have those things, which like you said most of you probably don't. So carry on with your uneventful lives and NEVER do anything to your child that isn't approved by other people. That's why kids are spoiled and bratty these days. The parents do what "society" thinks they should do. Maybe if people brought back some "old ways" there wouldn't be as much school shootings, teen pregnancy, homosexuals, kids bossing their parents around, etc. I'm going to bet all of you are against spanking also. That would be a death sentence compared to the slap on the hand for cereal in bottles!

Again, sarcasm flies over your head yet you attempt to use it yourself.

Kids are spoiled and bratty because their parents don't want to go against the best medical knowledge available, well damn, my kid is going to be spoiled.  (that is sarcasm)

But seriously, bratty, spoiled kids are raised by bratty, spoiled mothers, such
    as yourself.
Oh! Bratty and spoiled. How rude!!

    Really?

Yeah. I went there. Go on and complain about it. Because I know yore itching to!

  • And most of you probably claim to be "Christians", if I had to guess. What would Jesus think about judging someone so harshly? Now I've added spanking, homosexuals, and RELIGION into the mix! Maybe by tomorrow I can have over 200 replies. At least that's my goal ;)

FTR, no one can take away your education, but they can take away a license or fire you. I would imagine giving outdated information could get you in trouble, and if you act this way IRL, I would think insubordination would be a big no no in the medical field. Not to mention harassment when you finally snap about all these homosexuals who didn't have cereal in their bottles.

So... You're saying they would take away a license for telling people to put cereal in babys bottles? Lol. I'd like to be a fly on the wall if you called and reported that. They would just laugh in your face over something so petty!

I don't know if you know how it works IRL.  They won't be laughing when a child chokes and is seriously injured or worse.  You shouldn't take something like that so lightly.

Ok so what happens if a doctor tells a mother to put cereal in a babys bottle for reflux and they wind up choking and gets seriously injured? It's okay then? Oh. I guess it is
  • BTW. Y'all are awesome!!

I see reading isn't your strong point. Let me dumb it down. If you tell people outdated or incorrect information (not just cereal, you've mentioned several other things), then lose your shit when someone corrects you, you aren't going to be any use in the medical field.

I truly doubt your ability to comprehend this, so enjoy this gif.

No no no. I can read just fine high school dropout. You clearly stated someone could LOSE their license or be FIRED for giving outdated information. So you might want to go back and read your reply again.
And isn't that a coincidence? I love puppies too! :)

How did you know that's one of my best qualities??

  • 50 more until I reach my next goal! Let's make it happen ladies!!! Preferably before tomorrow. Maybe I can get lucky and it will happen tonight :P
