Edit to add: Halloween candy will be on sale for PENNIES TO THE DOLLAR tomorrow. If you are an adult, maybe just hit up CVS tomorrow to get your candy fix?

I've been waiting all day to write a UO. It's this time of year that really gets me..... Because I cannot stand people who post pics of their kids on their Facebook constantly. Even once a day is too much IMO. A pic here or there is fine but I know people who ONLY post about their child. My hairdresser has two twin boys and she easily posts 5+ pics of them a day and they are not babies. I understand wanting to share pics wo family and friends and that's great but do you really need to post ANOTHER close up of your toddler? One other girl I know put up 162 pics of her sons birthday party. News flash....... Nobody gives a shit.

Selfies are my other strong dislike. The funny part is when my hairdresser isn't posting 5 pics a day of her kids she is taking selfies. Why is she my friend you ask! Because Facebook is the only way you can contact her to make appointments or know her pricing changes/specials. I actually stopped going to her simply because I couldn't stand her constant pic sharing but I can't lie.... She's an amazing stylist.

Again I do not mind cute pics of people's kids but multiple posts a day, or the 100s of pics are a bit excessive.

Is that the only relationship you have with them? I guess if you hang out beyond that capacity it would make sense.

I go about every 8-10 weeks. I actually needed to ask her about donating something for a charity event I guess I could've called her, but...::shudders::

I go every 4 weeks. I have his cell number if something tragic happened, like him leaving the salon. But we are not fb friends.

And we have even gone out for drinks. Man I need to get cooler!!

I'm friends with my hairdresser too. I go every 8 weeks and my whole family uses her. I don't even call the salon if I need something I just text her. Last year for Halloween she came and hung out with us, we had a party. This year sucked we got rained out :-(

It is amazing to me how many people forget, every UO Thursday, that Facebook is OPTIONAL. Quit griping and hide the person if you don't want to see it. GAWD.

Late to the party but this one just came to me as I munched on a delicious treat!

Microwaved S'mores are way better than campfire ones. I love melty chocolate and crunchy marshmallow.

Eta because chocolate is melty and not meaty. Thank goodness for that.

I will reiterate that if I hide her statuses, I do not know her availability, time off, or deals. She doesn't work for a salon, she works from her house. I get my hair done monthly because I have been turning gray since I was 16 and my hair grows fast. I'm not fond of all the "OMG look at your gray hair" comments I get so I go often. But I am aware the Facebook isn't the meaning of life and I am aware that I can hide people and have done so. I was merely posting my UO.... I just get annoyed by stupid posts.
