My son is now 6 weeks old and he still isn't responsive to faces. Whenever I try to get him to focus on my face, he looks around at the surroundings instead. He also doesn't smile while interacting with him, only in his sleep. From what I've read he should be both socially smiling and focusing on human faces by now. What age are you noticing your LOs doing these things?
