  Hi Pumpkins!

  As usual let me know if I missed your update.  My work schedule is going to get hectic and I am going to try to do both check ins during the week.

  My update is that I am PUPO!  We transferred one beautiful grade 1 early blast yesterday.  DH was upset that we didn't have 2 to transfer, but I am completely happy with one.  They are watching our other 4 embryos to see if any will make it to freeze.  Three are looking really unlikely but our last embryo looks like a possibility, but since it is a grade 3 I don't know if it will be high enough quality to freeze.  The lab is supposed to email me today to let me know.

  QOTD:  We had a decent sized church wedding with 100-150 guests.  I loved wearing a big wedding gown and being a princess for the day and our reception was so much fun.

  So, I am scheduled for my ET on Tues. 10/29.  I am pretty much a nervous wreck but am trying to only have positive thoughts.  This past Tues. I went in for a lining check.  My lining is only at about a 7.5 but my ER thinks that is good enough to do an ET.  Any stories of encouragement of positive outcomes w/ a lining in the 7s would be greatly appreciated.

  
  

  We have decided to transfer our "best" blast- it's rated AA, whatever that means. Really hoping for some good news!

  I have my Fert Report!! Out of nine frozen eggs, 7 were great quality and out of those 7, 6 fertilized! We go in on Saturday for BW and u/s they will monitor the embies progress and then see if we make it to day 5 or else it will be a 3 dt! I'm so freaking excited!!!!

  The beta blood test was below 5.  So this time around did not work.  We are able to try one more cycle because my parents gifted us with some "baby creation project funds".  What a wonderful blessing.  I guess I should head over to the November group.  The new cycle will start as soon as my period begins.....
  
  Thank you all for your encouragement and support.  Keep those BFP's coming in.  It is inspiring to see them in hard times like these.

  So much activity today Very exciting!

  
  

  Today is day Day 6 of stims. RE said that he started me off very conservative because he thought I was at high risk for OHSS, but it turns out I wasn't responding like he thought that I would. So he bumped up my Gonal F a little bit. Went in this morning and he saw approximately 16 follies all between 10-11.  I started Ganirelix today. I have a headache. I pee all night long, but I'm happy we are on our way. He threw around the idea of ER on Wednesday or Thursday (trick or treat), but we should know better at our appointment Saturday morning.

  I'm still taking Delestrogen to prepare for my FET 11/4.  The injections are going fine, which is a relief.  But I have a yeast infection, which is just uncomfortable and annoying - is that a side effect of the estrogen injections?  Hopefully my PCP physician will call in a prescription for me today so I don't have to go to yet another appointment.
  
  QOTD: We had 112 guests at our wedding, which was just perfect.  Big enough to feel like a major celebration, small enough to be able to talk to everyone there.

  I have my ER tomorrow morning. The HCG trigger shot wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be, so I'm hoping that "not as bad as I thought it would be" is my new trend :-).

  Hi girls! I'm glad to see so many of you doing well! I continue to pray for our Pumpkins to have success, even if not this time, then next time! Big hugs to those that need them xo.
  
  Tomorrow is beta #3 and I'm strangely excited to find out what the number is to pop into betabase! I'm officially 5 weeks today. It's easy to be stressed and.nervous about something going wrong, but I remind myself every day is a victory.

  My appointment this morning wasn't great.  My lining only went from 6 to 6.5 in 3 days even with added estrace and nitro patches.  We are no longer a Halloween transfer.  :-(  I have another check on Tuesday to see if we can transfer on November 2nd.  

  We had a small wedding with less than 70 people.  DH's dad got ordained and he performed our ceremony.  I loved that we really did have a chance to spend time with all of our guests.  It was like a giant family dinner!

  
  

  VioletteGrayskies Yes, yeast infections are a side effect of the estradiol.  :-(  Hopefully they can get you cleared up soon.  They are so awful!  My nurse recommended taking an acidophilus pill every day and it has really helped.  I don't get them nearly as often as I used to.

  2 large subchorionic hematomas & no heartbeat at 7w6d

  @berries555 Thanks!  My nails are jamberry vinyl nail wraps.  My sister is a jamberry consultant and designed and sold pink and blue ribbon wraps for a fundraiser for her miscarriage/pregnancy loss support group (October is miscarriage/pregnancy loss awareness month).  These are also the same ribbons for infertility awareness.  I decided to kill two birds with one stone and wear them in honor of miscarriage/pregnancy loss awareness and in honor of IF awareness for my ER and ET.

  Mine clear up really well on diflucan so my nurse said if I got one they would just get me a prescription.  She didn't sound too worried about it.

  @Alexandra1513 and @tigger99 Thanks.  I am oddly ok with nothing to freeze.  It would have been nice, but my goal is to get pregnant and we still have a good shot at that. 

  It just means that if this works, we'll have to go through the whole process again to give this bean a sibling.  I am willing to do that.

  DH (32): SA is ok, slightly low morph, normal SCSA  Me (32): Slightly low progesterone, hostile CM, carrier for CF, Moderately high NKC, High TNFa, heterozyogous mutated Factor XIII, and +APA

  October 2012-May 2014: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, and 1 failed FETw/donor embryos

  November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues.  Converted to freeze all due to lining issues.  2 blasts frozen on day 6!

  January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues

  April 2015: FET #2.1

  VioletteGrayskies Yes, yeast infections are a side effect of the estradiol.  :-(  Hopefully they can get you cleared up soon.  They are so awful!  My nurse recommended taking an acidophilus pill every day and it has really helped.  I don't get them nearly as often as I used to.

  Jill Wheat - I am so sorry!

  Twinkie0612 - what a beautiful little embie! My RE was always emphasizing how it only takes one. We only had two retrieved, both fertilized and both were 3 day transfers. Through it all - the RE kept telling me- it only takes one!!! Good luck!

  Tomorrow is my beta #2. I am nervous, but excited. I read too much about chemical pregnancies and freaked myself out. Again - no reason to be nervous - but that is how I am.

   

  QOTD: Our wedding was outdoor - at the local zoo. We had our reception at the same location - rented a huge tent. We had about 150 people there. It was 96 degrees and very humid and windy at 5:30pm when we started our ceremony. It was so hot that the DJ couldn't start the dance until after 9:30 when it started to cool down. However, at the end of the day, it was everything we wanted it to be.

  I am on Stim Day 9 tonight and go again for a check tomorrow morning. They are looking at doing a Sun. or Mon. egg retrieval! Just hope the little follicles grow so I can have more retrieved.

  I am still stimming! Today we added Ganirelix to the mix. Last monitoring appointment was Wednesday. Estrogen was up to 326, largest follie was 12.3mm and lining looked good! Since then, we upped the Menopur to 225 iu, so now that has tripled since we started. Next monitoring appointment is tomorrow! RE estimates that we will trigger on Sunday or Monday for ER on Tuesday or Wednesday. 

  
  

  QOTD: we had a verrrrry small, low key wedding! Only our immediate families were there. We got married in a park in front of a pretty fountain. It was perfect!

  I am anxiously awaiting my ultrasound next Wednesday. According to my betas, I am pregnant, but my body wants different. I am on day 18 of bleeding. Just switched over to PIO so I pray it does its job! This is my 3rd transfer and every time I bleed right after! WTF!

  Hello Pumpkins! We had our transfer this morning of one embryo, grade A
  My beta is on 11/4. Not sure yet if i will POAS before then.
  I heard from the ultrasound tech/nurse that my uterus is tilted and of course that freaked me out. I have never heard anyone say that about my uterus...hmmm...
  Anyway I wont let it bother me. I am still thinking positive thoughts for my little embie.
  QOTD: We had a pretty big wedding with 170 guests. It was a church wedding and a great reception over looking the city

  DX: Unexplained

  6 Failed IUIs (Clomid and Gonal F).  

  IVF #1 began August 2013- BC, 4 days of Estrace, stimmed with Gonal F and Menopur, Ganirelix, 9R 5M 5F, Medrol and Doxycycline, 5 day transfer of 2 early blastocysts- good quality, Progesterone, Estrace, and baby aspirin, BETA on 9/20 BFN,   IVF #2 began September 2013, stimming with Gonal F (higher dose) and Menopur, Ganirelix, 18R 14M 9F with ICSI, 5 day transfer of 2 BBs one was starting to hatch, 2 frosties: 1  BB and 1 AC, BETA on 10/21, BFN BETA was a 5- chemical 

  Getting some more testing and trying to figure out what the issue is before FET in December, started acupuncture on 11/10, RLP and some other BW nothing major to report except slightly high Prolactin. Prolactin was slightly high when I started with my RE and I already had an MRI which was Neg.  Endo biopsy=negative.  WTF is wrong with us???

  12/18/13 FET of 1 BB and 1 AC.  Hoping for a miracle.  Beta 12/26 Low BETA-8 2nd BETA 5- chemical

  After 3 failed transfers IDK where to go from here.  Still no real answers as to why this isn't working.  Getting a second opinion in February and looking into immune testing.  

  2/14- NEW RE- Immune testing showed a partial dq alpha match with DH- On prednisone and did intralipids prior to transfer.  3/14 Lupron, gonal f, menopur, HGH.  ER 15 mature all 15 fertilized!  5dt of an early blast grade 1 and an expanded blast grade 2.  BETA on 4/21.  1 grade 2 embryo frozen
  BETA #1 59 BETA #2 148 BETA #3 283 BETA #4 2,783! US at 6w2d shows 1 bean measuring right on track! HR 121.  US at 8w3d measuring on track HR 177. Released form my RE.  EDD 12/28

  Kind of a late P&R because transfer is today (!) and I am immediately heading up to Maine for a weekend of R&R with my family.  Beta will be 11/4!
