1. I hate bagging my own groceries. I don't give a shit how they go in the bag, just please don't put any cleaning products in with meat/produce and don't put eggs or bread on the bottom. Other than that, I just can't care about it. It takes me 5 minutes to get home and another 5 minutes to unpack them.

2. I had a student in my office yesterday who is 21 and has 3 children. Her youngest is 8mo old and she's 5mo pregnant with her 4th. Her husband is also in school FT. They want to have at least 10 kids. AND all of their kids have names that start with D's. I kept thinking about our judging thread and tried not to. Then she told me her oldest kid was named Dash. Dash? FFS. Then I remembered when she was 16 and had him The Incredibles came out, so it probably seemed like a good choice at the time.

3.Nancy walks over to DH now and lifts his shirt up and shakes his belly because it moves. She laughs and just keeps doing it. It mortifies me to think that she's going to walk up to some random and do that, or that she'll do it to her new sitter who is like 8 months pregnant and they'll be offended.

I hate this show. I constantly have the music stuck in my head "Cheese and pickles, pickles and cheese gimme gimme gimme that sandwich please!" and because the background is graphing paper. Why? I'm irrationally annoyed by it. But-- I initially hated Cat in the Hat...and now it's one of my favs.

I had a coworker who named her son Dashiel and called him Dash. She stole his middle name after she heard what I named my dog. Up to six months ago (when I was still working in the office and was within ear shot) she would still say when anyone asked about his name "Yep, and his middle name I got from barefootcontessa. That's what she named her dog!" Poor kid.

I too, wear them with Uggs in the winter. They are cozy, you don't have to wear socks with them, and there's no fastening, tying, zipping involved. I still occasionally wear the ones that I wore in college.

My college ones bit the dust this past winter. They got a hole in the sole, and started to smell like death wrapped in despair. :-&

I crop DH's nipples out of pictures with DD. It doesn't help that his nipples are pierced, and I'm sure that would scandalize some of the people I know. And for the record, it doesn't look nearly as girly as it sounds.

I just got an email from the Office Manager for my Broker asking for me to 'Please respond to this email if you'll be attending our sales meeting.'. I want to tell her that her sales meetings are fucking stupid and a waste of my time, or not respond at all. She gives me attitude because I spend as little time in the office as possible, but hey, when you pay me to be in the office, I'll be in the office, until then, I'm an independent contractor so you cannot mandate that I be there.

I'm cranky this morning. Thank god H gets home tonight. I need some freaking sleep.

Agreed. People that love and care about you don't even think about the size of your house or what's in it. It sucks not to be happy with where you live, but I bet no one even cared...I wouldn't!

I feel like an idiot because we got down to the wire with moving and i didn't sort my clothes. I just moved it ALL over to the new house. I have clothes from high school in my closet.

Same here! I think a clean house is more important than matching and stylish. Hardly any of the furniture in our house matches well. We've moved so much and kind of never adopted a theme or anything, so we have a lot of odd pieces. I'm mostly embarrassed of our house because it has an old house smell sometimes (considering it's the oldest house in the neighborhood). I CAN'T get rid of it. I burn candles and everything. I think once I get the house repainted inside and the carpet taken out in from the family room it will be 100% different. Even the cabinetry is old and needs redone. It's a work in progress, but I know it won't be this way forever.

I know exactly how you feel. Every time DH comes home it's like Christmas morning. I come home and he looks at me and smiles. I had a moment on Tuesday when I needed to stop home for a coupon and then run out to go on an errand. DH came home at the same time. DS could have given to shits I was there. All he cared about was DH and then cried uncontrollably when my mom left for the day. I might have shed a tear and gave myself a pity party in the car on the way to Walmart.

This kid's name isn't Dashiell or whatever you guys are talking about. It's Dash. Just Dash. I think it's a cool nickname, or a cool name if you're into extreme sports or something but that's about it. I think Dashiell is actually even worse.

So, I'll play with yours and try to think of my own:

I wear leggings but cover my ass with a tunic or something. I do wear Uggs still sometimes with leggings.

I am embarrassed of my house too @Banich4eva. It's nice with great features, it's just small and we don't have any room to entertain. It's not meant for a family, just a couple.

I order Peapod - no bagging at all FTW!

DH doesn't go shirtless ever and I don't think he would want to really.

My own: I feel like I'm going through a mid life crises at 36. This job crap has me in a tailspin of unhappiness and I'm praying I can snap out of it in the next month or so.

I have never owned Uggs. Now I'm thinking it's time I changed that.

@holly_1007 My closet has way too many old outfits in it. I have like, 3 pair of size 2 pants that I have NO chance of ever getting into and several pair of shoes that are NMS anymore.

@tinyhumantoe I am close to reaching for a cig. I'm trying to resist but I smoke when I'm stressed and it's been a hard week.

My groceries are always all over the back of my Journey when I get home. (Thanks to me taking curvy roads too fast.)

I gained 8 lbs in 2 weeks and IDK how the hell that happened. Actually I do know but I don't want to confess how much peanut butter fudge I had this week.

I take my anger out on flies. We have so many and I hate them so much. When I go fly hunting in my kitchen I get way to worked up and curse when I kill them. I sound like a crazy serial killer. But seriously I kill one and ten more appear 5 minutes later.

I used Bennett's target gift card to buy the new Nicholas Sparks book I had been refusing to buy for 20 bucks.

DH leaves Sunday for a business trip, and I feel like I have to psych myself up for 2 weeks as a single parent. I know this makes me a really big whiner considering the number of people who are always single parents or who have a spouse deployed or whatever.

I find myself eating past being full, too. I'm thinking about cutting down plate size (I think I saw a while back some ladies in here mentioning it) and giving that a try. I downloaded an app last night that reminds me to drink water more often. I refuse to make peanut butter fudge again for the rest of the year.

I am going to go through my closet this weekend and I decided I am going to bring most of my old clothes to a consignment shop so I can get a little bit of money for them. I know I should donate them but I have to buy a ton of new clothes for my new job which only allows me to wear skirts. I currently own 1.

For starters I never comment on FFFC because it gets crazy long before 10am. But I have a couple this morning. DD has seen way too many episodes of Criminal Minds because I'm usually off on Mondays and it marathons all day so it's often on in the background. Half the time neither of us are watching it, it's just on.

DH & I plan to TTC starting in April. He even has a countdown on his phone. But my best friend is having a huge bar crawl celebration when she graduates with her Masters in late-May. It's out of town, it's a great college town that I love and it has super cheap bars. I've decided that would be our first weekend away from DD and I plan to be wasted...which means pushing TTCing back until June. I feel bad for pushing back our family planning for a weekend of crazy fun. However I'm really looking forward to a wild weekend away.

Liam is still on the bottle. I can't find a sippy cup that he actually will use without throwing. I HATE the throwing stages. He throws everything. His food, his cups, anything he picks up and we can say no until we are blue in the face.

This is me exactly. I did watch it this week because my husband is home on vacation all week though. He works nights Sun-Wed though and I am always nervous at night at it is.
