Since I am here, can we talk about boob jobs?

Has anyone here gotten one or planning to get one after having kids? I really want one and miss my boobs from my early twenties, my children have done a number on mine. What is the going rate for one these days? If you had one what size did you go up to? We can also talk about vag rejuvenation if anyone wants too, that is on my wish list also! I will start with my boobs first though and work my way down.

I want a reduction from an H/I cup down to a full C or small D and a lift if they don't include a lift in the process haha.

Seriously carrying around these tits hurts. I already have back and neck issues and a slipping L5, the titties need to go.

If like a lift, I'm a DD I want to be a B. I doubt I'd every do it but its a thought.

I'm seriously thinking about getting Botox though.

No kids, and a firm 34B cup here. But my mom's boobs are really flat and saggy, I suppose mine will be, too, at her age, after kids and breastfeeding (if I am lucky).

That said, I don't see myself ever choosing to undergo such a serious and expensive operation (and one that often needs to be fixed or repeated at that) for no serious reason.

That's just me, anyway, no judgment.

No kids yet, but it has been discussed as a possible 40th birthday thing for me. I'm a large C/small D now, and I'd like to be a straight up D cup and get some lift. My boobs aren't too saggy now, but thinking for the future I'd like them to stay up but not Barbie boob-like.

I understand the rationale for boob reductions better than the rationale for increases. By boobs already annoy me by hurting when I jog and I am pretty small.

Since before DS I told DH that I'd be getting one after we're done having kids. Just having DS BF for 3 months really deflated them. I was a firm B/C, now a saggy B/C. I would like to be a lifted and straightened (my nipples point away from each other and I would like them pointing forward) C cup or small D cup.

I have pretty big titties... G/H. I have no idea what my boobs are going to do after I give birth, but my Mom stayed really big. I'll have to see what my body weight stays around for the size, but I've already considered getting them lifted. I don't even have kids yet and they're already kind of saggy and extra wiggly. My sister (older than me btw...) got the firm boobies, and I remember once when I was younger, (young teen? I matured early so idk...) one night I wasn't wearing a bra and she poked me to watch them move around because her's didn't move as much as mine.

My sister got a boob job a few years before childbirth. She got it so that she could breastfeed with them; she had no problems.

To judge my sisters boobs though, I hate them. They look so far apart even in shirts. Total lack of cleavage too. I think she went from an A to a D.

I'd like a lift when were done having kids. I have a butt on me so I'm ok with my B/Cs. One area of my body being curvy is good for me. But, I will get those things lifted if (when) they sag!!

I have hypoplasia (underdeveloped breast tissue) and would be covered by insurance to get implants. I'm on the fence. One of my best friends is a plastic surgeon and she said she'd never get implants. Apparently most implants have to be replaced after 10 years? Meh.

I had some beautiful C/small D's until I nursed for a year. Now I have sad, saggy B/C's. I'm really looking forward to plumping up and filling out my bras again when I get pregnant. Last time I was bursting out of a DD.

I had a reduction from FFs to Cs. Love them! And insurance paid most costs because of back issues. My OB asked my surgeons name for her other patients because they are still so perky and so little scar tissue after 10 years. I would consider a lift later in life if needed since I know how much better it can make you feel.
