I would love a boob job. I'm a B cup now but would totally opt for a full C. Even if they were giving them away, I couldn't go through with the surgery. I'm a big baby when it comes to pain.

No, I would never have any surgery done on my boobs. Mine are DDs and not at all perky, but I honestly don't care how they look. I certainly wouldn't want to go through the risk of surgery for something non essential. I had a relative a few years ago have something cosmetic done and had a really bad experience with it all, almost didn't make it through the surgery in fact with complications galore afterwards, and that has more than scared me away from anything elective. With my luck I'd be that one person who becomes a statistic, and I can't imagine willingly putting my family through even that possibility just for better boobies.

I definitely. Want a lift when we are done making babies. I am also going to see a genetic counselor to make sure that I don't have the breast cancer gene.
Here ya go ladies (I had limited pics to choose from on work computer)! I went from a AA to a full D
I'm late to the party. Those look awesome!
AFM, I'm currently a 40H. I have put on a lot of weight in the past couple of years but even at what I feel like was my best weight, I was a 36DDD. They are really saggy and it makes me sad. I'd consider a lift once we are done with babies, not sure how DH feels about it. They are sooooo soft though, like pillows! I plan on working on the weight issue but I hope I don't lose the softness
Oh it has been discussed and decided on! He says sure "because I know it would make you feel better but I already think you look great." Ha! I'm just glad he's supportive of the idea. Of course after kiddos and breastfeeding is done so maybe around when I turn 40. Sooner for sure if the baby making doesn't work for us.
I had a reduction at age 21. Went from a 36F to a Full C. I actually wanted smaller but the doc said it just wouldn't fit. They had grown quickly when I got to college and I felt like I couldn't run, or do dance class anymore. My back hurt like a biotch, so insurance covered all but a small co-pay. I LOVE THEM! Scarring can be bad if you don't take care of the incisions after surgery, but I did everything I was supposed to and 10 years later, they are still lookin good. It's funny, I pretty much hate most of the rest of me, but am proud of them. That whole first year I kept offering to show them to people... What the hell was my 22 year old mind thinking? Oh well.

I had big boobs since the 6th grade. I was a DD the summer going into 7th grade. When pregnant with both boys they are enormous! I was unable to breastfeed DS #1 and didn't try with DS #2 b/c of how awful it was for me with #1. They are so saggy I could throw them over my shoulder if I wanted too. I'm planning on getting a reduction and lift when I'm done having kids.
YUP. I'm a 34DD and they have NEVER been perky. Like even when I was 18. They're not as bad as the "before" pics on plastic surgery websites but I have a feeling pregnancy & possible BF will push them into "nipples pointing at the floor" territory. I'm open to whatever a surgeon may suggest...I'd like them to be smaller but breast reduction doesn't exactly make your boobs super attractive. Maybe just an implant to replace lost volume & fullness? Whatever. Either way I'm excited. If I found out I couldn't have kids tomorrow, I'd schedule the surgery even sooner.
I'm like a AA cup size - teeny tiny. In my teens and early 20's I wished I was a little bigger, and I'm not gonna lie and say I'm not looking forward to bigger pregnancy boobs, but all-in-all I'm very content with my pint-size perkies. I figure they'll age well!
I'm waiting to see what happens to them after I'm done BF my kids. They're okay looking 30DD or 32D/DD right now but I can imagine them turning into pancakes.
Until then I should really get my butt back to the gym to fight this sag.
