Oh ya! I'm only on mobile so I usually skip over any post that's longer than 5/6 lines. I also slightly shit my pants two weeks ago when I had a stomach bug and was puking for the fourth time that day.
I have pee my pants when I throw up which is often! *Off to go work on my Kegals*

NBR- My husband occasionally gives me a hard time when I leave stuff in the fridge and don't either freeze it or throw it away. A couple days ago this week I realized I had TWO packages of chicken in the fridge - one had expired about 5 days prior, and the other only the previous day. I threw out the really old one and felt TERRIBLE (it was good chicken! $7 worth!) and put the other one in the freezer. I feel so guilty! (I have been waiting for a place to confess this secretly, haha!) Terrible for wasting food like that, and almost as bad that I'm not going to tell DH b/c he would give me a REALLY hard time! I am just going to be extra careful from now on and freeze everything unless I have an immediate use for it. |) lesson learned (hopefully.)
And to make it worse, trash day was this morning (thankfully!) and by yesterday it smelled HORRID. (no surprise!)
I think people who boycott Chickfila because the president was set in an entrapment statement for voice his personal views are unreasonable... Every time I go into Chickfila I get great service! I support gay marriage, but boycotting a franchise just because of one person's 'personal' views is stupid.

I really hate when people say they have picked out their baby names but don't mention said names in the post. I absolutely hate this when it's in a post talking about baby names. It's like they are keeping it a secret from internet strangers.
ETA: Another confession. I love Miley Cyrus's music, I just hate her.
Hi I'm Aria. Married in 2008. Baby G born 2011. Due March 25, 2014
When DD is looking for something and I don't feel like actually searching the whole house for wherever she hid the object, I just tell her Grampy took it and she will have to get it back from him tomorrow (he and my mom watch DD while I work). Since she is over there so often and takes her favorite toy of the day with her, it works every time and I don't have to get my tired butt up to look for her crayon/pony/doll/ball/whatever. Lazy POS I know.
Although I miss H on the Days he is working overnight, I LOVE that I get to watch whatever the hell I want on TV when the kids go to bed without compromising and watching one of his shows too and that I get the whole bed for myself and my replacement husband (AKA my Snoogle, H Nicknamed it that when I was pregnant with my DD) :P
DD (21mo) had McDonald's for breakfast this morning. I was running late to work, DH needed me to drop something off at his job before I went in...and DD had to eat. I gave her an apple (which she ate half of), then she ate the bacon egg and some cheese of the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and all the hash brown.
Oh...and I was the FTM who gave the side eye to people feeding their toddlers fast food....shrug

I do this too. When my DS is looking for a certain stuffed animal and I don't know where it's at or feel like looking for it, I tell him it went to visit its mommy and will be back tomorrow.
I think I am a far better parent then 90% of the people I know IRL. Especially people on Facebook that post their parenting stupidity on Facebook for the rest of the world to see.

I'm an editor for one of my school's publications. One of our writers speaks English as a second language and it is really coming through in his writing. It is making me SO frustrated, but then I feel guilty for getting frustrated. And then I feel like I'm terrible for being upset with him about completely legitimate things, like ignoring my comments or not fixing an issue throughout the whole draft. I was ready to throw my computer this morning...
S/O Miley Cyrus - I actually have developed a physical aversion to her. Like I see pictures of her and get nauseous. Same with Weiner's wiener. I had to stop watching the Daily Show this summer because it would make my stomach turn every time they showed that damn picture. Yet I never puke looking at food on tv. HG is so weird.

Oh, on that same subject but an actual FFFC - there is a girl in one of my volunteer groups that I actively avoid because I gag every time I see her. I don't know why. The first time I met her I was trying not to throw up and she had really greasy hair and horrible teeth, so I guess I just associated that with her in my mind. I feel so bad.

You are an editor! I feel bad for you here on the bump! You must got crazy with all the mistakes. I apologize if my crappy grammar and spelling makes you go crazy.
I feel really guilty about this...

Umm . . you better feel frustrated! I was an Articles Editor for an international law based journal and it was very frustrating. But it's your job to make it correct. If he can only produce a product that will hurt your publication, then you can't use it. We had to turn down a couple of articles on very good subjects when it became clear the authors couldn't produce an adequate end product.

I don't think it's stupid at all. The owner of the company is very likely using profits from that company, your money, towards groups whose aim is to not allow gay people to marry. I don't want my money going towards supporting something with which I don't agree.

YES YES YES!! we typically do a great job with sharing TV time, and when his choice is football, i don't mind.... but he was gone last night and I got to watch Grey's without any snarky comments! I've always put the extra/throw pillows in his place when he's gone, its even better now that i'm prego and have a hard time getting comfortable!
I have pee my pants when I throw up which is often! *Off to go work on my Kegals*
Don't feel bad, @Nickiechan, I pee my pants every time I throw up too. Sometimes so much it soaks through and gets on my legs. As if throwing up wasn't bad enough...

Exactly. They were definitely donating money to anti-gay hate groups. Some of them were violent. I'd rather my money not be going to support that.

I so feel your pain. The first law journal article I had to edit was a German article, and big chunks of it were actually written in German. It was ridiculous and it took hours to edit. I almost quit the journal because of it, and I'm convinced it's why my grades dropped my second year of law school (totally had nothing to do with skipping more classes...).

If it meant DD would actually eat something, I would get her fast food 3 meals a day to get some calories into that kid! do what you gotta do!

I've been irrationally irritable, yesterday DH was commenting on my driving (making a complete stop) I blew up at him, I'm 27 and have never gotten a ticket he has plenty so why should he comment on my driving! He kept going on and on. I finally said you make me hate you, well that ended that but now I feel really bad. But it also irritates the f#@% out of me that he constantly blames any discussion on me being pregnant, saying you need to get your emotions in check.

You can both feel better -- one night I not only threw up all over the bed, but I peed it, too. It was a special moment for DH and me. And by special I mean I STILL am embarrassed.

Banning guns doesn't keep you protected. You think the criminal who is going to rob you gives a shit whether or not you "banned" guns? No. But that registered carrier might just save you from the criminal. Oh, except now he can't take his registered weapon with him. Oh well, maybe you can throw hot coffee on the criminal.

if I'm buying fast food...or anything for that matter...it's cause I like the thing that I'm buying. I literally give it no more thought than that! I may have a moral compass that is off base, but I really don't care what other people use their money to support. And at that point it is THEIR money. MY MONEY got me a fried chicken sandwich..or a pumpkin spice latte....so if they want to take the profits from said sandwich or PSL and donate it to anti-gun, anti-gay, anti-whatever, that is their business.

Right, it's their business, so they're welcome to donate it to whoever they want. But my moral compass won't let me eat a sandwich that I know is partially supporting something I feel strongly against.

Gross. I'd rather ban guns than know that people who actually believe this crap argument are the ones that are carrying the guns.

I don't think eating at Chick-fil-a has anything to do with supporting gay marriage. If you want to make it that, it's a personal decision, but it would serve no purpose to apply that onto third parties. I am involved in gay marriage advocacy groups and eat Chick-fil-a pretty frequently. I like to keep my chicken sandwiches and my political views separate. Hell, I live in the South, if I chose restaurants based on the owners' views, I would never eat.
eta: I mean that first sentence with specificity to the above comment. Your conclusion had no logic. Obviously for some it has to do with gay marriage.
