now Kate has taken to grabbing toilet paper off of the roll and attempting to "wipe" between my legs as well. I get zero alone time in the bathroom anymore. As soon as she notices I'm in there, she comes running around the corner and makes a beeline for the toilet paper with an excited laugh. When I go in there while she's sleeping, the dog is so elated to have me all to himself that he frantically scratches on the door, pushes it open and jumps on my legs. Oh, well. I have had 36 years of bathroom privacy. It was a good run.
Re: As if it's too much to want a little privacy when I go to the bathroom....
I lock the bathroom door because I want privacy. O knocks on the door but eventually goes away. It's my down time and I enjoy it in peace.
I try to make it quick but I'm usually not quick enough. I always make sure other doors are shut and the baby gate is blocking the stairs.
