Napping on the floor

So LO will occasionally just pass out on the floor...he will be playing and rolling around and the next thing I know, he's out. Is it bad for me to just sit there with him and let him sleep on the floor? He wakes so easily when we try to move him anywhere and I would rather him nap then wake up and be cranky and overtired.

my Lo does this too...if I leave the room to do household stuff, I just make sure the gate is up so that if she does wake up, there's no harm. She usually falls asleep where she's playing, which is a safe zone..

If she were to fall asleep somewhere that if she woke up she would be in danger, then i'd sit there with her...honestly, as long as she sleeps, I'm down..
