  I'm from Michigan and so is my husband, so we always said "binky" growing up. But now that we've lived in Indiana for a while, and I did a lot of childcare, my mind has transitioned over to the Indiana "paci", So that's what I'll call it

  With my older children I've always called the pacifier a paci (passy). If my new little girl takes one (my oldest did not) we will call it paci.

  Im prego with my 4th n we dont use pacifiers but if i called it a,name with another bb i would call it pacifier unless mom or child call it somethin else
