We're out in the open, in the sense that we're no longer attempting to keep it secret. All the "crucial" people know now (grandparents, close friends, etc.). We'll "go public," though - like broadcasting via FB announcement public - later this week.

All of our family knows, but we haven't made an official announcement on FB yet. Dh's close cousin just got married this weekend and we want them to have their moment and pictures before we announce.

We're not being very creative, honestly. I saw where someone (don't remember where...if it was on TB or another site) simply made their FB status something like, "Hey [husband's name], is now a good time to tell everyone we're pregnant?" I thought that was cute and simple. Probably will do something like that.

But there are tons of fun, creative ideas out there. You can look at previous posts for ideas, or do a search on Pinterest or Google for inspiration, if you want.

Its it bad that i wanna keep it in as long as possible?? My mother knows and few of our close friends. but my DH family doesnt. Im hoping we can keep it a secret tell at least the 19th of this month when ill be 14 weeks. Im enjoying the privacy! although i did buy DS a super cute T-shirt that says "this boy got promoted to big brother" that im so excited to let him wear to tell everyone!

Work-wife found out last Friday, DSD will find out tomorrow (having her come to the appointment with H to hear heartbeat (SURPRISE!!), telling my manager Wednesday in our 1-on-1 meeting, Girls' Night Thursday with BFFs. InLaws are having a BBQ on 8/24, and my sis' having a bday party for my oldest niece on 8/25, so we'll come the rest of the way clean then.

our immediate families and very few friends know now, my cousins and extended family will know tomorrow after NT scan, Facebook and other friends by the end of the week. BIL has a bday party Friday at a sushi place and people know we've been trying for a while. easier to tell them than try to fend off questions about saki and sushi!

All of our family and some close friends already know. Most everyone else will start to find out when they see me at some get togethers we have coming up. As for making it official, as in FB official, perhaps around the a/s or when the baby is born. I don't have a huge desire to put it all over FB. however, my DH is super excited so I wouldn't be surprised if he posts something soon.

We are officially pregnant as it is. We have told our friends and family, all of the most important people know. Our coworkers and bosses know.
We won't be telling Facebook until we post a baby picture;)

We have out NT scan on Thursday, so we'll announce on Friday when we know everything is ok. I'm putting together a little video and crocheting a set of booties for the Shoe pic. I wish Pinterest was around when I was pregnant with DS. So many cute, creative ideas.

We'll "announce" after I'm back to work in September. I want to surprise work when I return with a 19w belly.

Will prob announce with a picture of DS. I'd prefer to keep my uterus off Facebook, and I really don't want to be in any pictures right now, either.

I don't know. I haven't even told my dad yet (telling him this weekend in person - we live in different states). I'm just so scared and nervous still. I don't even like saying it out loud or talking about it IRL yet.

All of our friends and family know, and we have told work already. We will probably post on fb after the NT scan on 8/16. I took a cute pic of DS in our driveway. I wrote with pink and blue chalk "Mama's due with Baby #2!" DS is laying next to it with "Big Bro" written next to him with an arrow pointing to him. It turned out super cute!

Told immediate family at 6 weeks, rest of family at 9 weeks, close friends at 11 weeks, and will share on Facebook with a picture of us reading baby books Saturday. NT scan is on Friday. I'm 13 weeks.

We're not telling FB. Told my husbands parents at 11 weeks, told my manager at 13 weeks, telling my parents when they come to visit from out of town this weekend (14 weeks) and then telling my team members at work next week.
