Sharp/Stabbing Pain in Uterus

For the past two weeks, about 1-3 times a day I have started to feel a sharp, stabbing type pain in my uterus. It just lasts a few seconds, but is uncomfortable. As far as I know, I haven't really had any Braxton Hicks, but I have had these. And usually after I have one, I notice that I have a lot of mucusy discharge on my underwear. I am going to ask my dr about it tomorrow, but I was curious if anyone else has experienced a stabbing/sharp pain?
