Grrr! Between DS and the cat i was woken up every hour last night...combined with insomnia, i feel like i spent the entire night staring at the ceiling...then i finally manage to fall asleep this morning, and DS wakes me up by hitting me in the face

Heartburn was NOT my friend last night! I was up for a good amount of time just because laying down or reclining made it so much worse. Also, when I finally fell asleep again my hip pain was terrible and woke me up for another good portion of time. Then once I finally fell asleep again, DH came home from the gym, turned the AC off and opened the bedroom window (including the curtains) so the sun was shining in my face! Don't get me wrong, I love waking up to the sunshine, but only when I have had a restful sleep and it is on my own terms.

My second temp starts today (the first one kept falling asleep) so time will tell if I have a reason to bitch today.
I'm due in 3 weeks...this one has to work. I'm training her the best I can and then I'm out if there! If she sucks well then they should have started the screening process a long time ago considering I told them I was pregnant in march.

I am never up this early!! DH told me at 5am that he went to put out the garbage and I had left the door to the garage unlocked, the garage open and my car unlocked. I also thought I left the hatch open and was freaking out about all the rain and critters that got in my car overnight. Well, DH did close the hatch after bringing in groceries last night, but I worked myself up so much there was no going back to sleep

I napped yesterday so no sleep for me last night either. I've never been able to take naps. Not sure how the "sleep when your baby sleeps" thing will work for me. On the plus side, I can see my ankle bone today!

LO is so low that my hips feel like they're going to pop out of place and he's just going to fall out. I cannot get comfortable.

Last night at DH's work picnic a lady (whom I had never met!) asked if we got to see LO's "wiener" on the u/s" and then asked what our birth plan was

There's still a hole in my living room ceiling.

Ditto! I felt awful yesterday afternoon, so I went to bed to see if it would help, and I fell asleep for 2 hours! Needless to say, trying to sleep last night was very challenging!

[This may be TMI for some]: Oh, and my biggest struggle these days is wiping after a BM! I just don't have long enough arms to reach! It is such a pain in the a$$, PUN INTENDED!!!

so our new person decided to unexpectedly quit Friday so now I'm working every day this week except Thursday. Awesome. I feel like I can barely work the shifts I have now. I'm in so much pain and so tired I just want to rest but I can't.

edit : I work retail so I worked all weekend so that's 6 out of 7 days on my feet.

While starting my drive this morning all was well until...I notice a little green spider coming down from my window!!! I am driving like 60 and in the car by myself. I totally start to freak out, try and swat it which of course makes it fall in my LEG so I am in the car by myself swatting this stupid 8 legged creepy crawly and ugh I have no idea where he is at now.

eek! I had one crawling across my bedroom ceiling once and I swatted and missed. I couldn't find it again so I slept on the couch lol hopefully it finds it's way out of the car!

I am so done with my job. The summer program has been horrible compared to the school year program I run. I just have to work until 11am today to meet the number of hours to qualify for FMLA and 12 weeks off instead of 8. My plan is to work until my due date on the 8th.. but this might be me at 11am today.

This. My appt is not until tomorrow at 10:30am, but last night I felt like I had to hold LO in for a good four hours before I went to sleep, even right after I would pee I still felt that type of pressure sensation. I also felt more wet even when I did not have to pee if that made sense. This morning I have had some period like cramping and a few twinges of shooting pain in my pelvic area. I also still have that feeling of pressure. I just wish I knew exactly what to expect but as a FTM I have nothing to compare it to so here I sit. My OB told me they would not check me until 39 weeks, but I plan on explaining what I have been feeling to them tomorrow and maybe they will want to check.

Super exhausted. Work was ridiculous yesterday. I love my job but its so hard to physically do right now. And normally, I love nurses but they were being asinine yesterday. I cant count how many times I struggled with my 9 month pregnant butt by myself to get my xray board under their 400 lb patient. Really? Tell me again how after I'm done with my pictures that you want MY help repositioning your patient ...its called Karma....look it up.

As for my vent: I can understand that everyone is super excited that this baby is coming. I get it. But I am not due until the 7th, and if my MIL continues to text me twice a day to find out if it's time yet ( she has every day since last Thursday), then I am going to answer each one with "Yes, at the hospital now". Or freak out. Or both.

Also, holy inbox, Batman! I specifically sent out a university-wide email telling everyone that I was headed out on mat. leave at the beginning of August, and that if any website changes needed to be made that they needed to be submitted by the 19th of July to allow appropriate time for them to get done; so, why the holy hell am I just getting flooded with stupid requests now?

Oh gosh... this happened to me on Friday's drive home from work! The spider started coming down from the rearview mirror. I happened to have a tissue right next to me. So, I told myself, "Cosmic, you're going to be a mom soon. Just do it!" Thankfully for the other drivers on the road, the pep talked worked. Spider - 0, Cosmic - 1

@Jill9288, oh no!! Have they told you when they plan to fix it? Mine may be an anti bitch for some. I'm due on Saturday and I swear this baby has reversed all progress and 'un'dropped. For the past four days I feel great, I can walk with no pain or discomfort. Turning over at night isn't nearly as painful or difficult as it has been. Come in baby! I'm perfectly happy with you waiting until we hit August but at least let me know you plan on coming.

I got up to pee at one point last night and just the act of peeing brought tears to my eyes. It wasn't burning, UTI-like pain, it was the pressure. It was awful. Please, please, PLEASE come out soon baby. I know you still have some time but I am losing it out here. Just being honest.

I am so sick of finding spiders in my house. I swear to gawd they are going to give me a heart attack. I'm terrified of spiders, and I find at least 2 a day!! Not tiny, little, "oh-I-can-ignore-you", spiders - giant, wtf, Halloween spiders! I have to wear some sort of shoe at all times in my house!

Let me tell you how sexy that is! Undies, sports bra, tennis shoes. HOT.

I am sick of other pregnant people on my FB bitching about their pregnancy. Talking about how they wish they could stop being pg for "two seconds" so they could smoke some pot, or get in the mosh pit. 8-| I can not roll my eyes hard enough to judge the crap out of you. You are only 15 weeks...you've got a ways to go. SUCK IT UP, BUTTERCUP.

Also, incase no one has noticed, I've lost all patience for stupid people.

Andplusalso!! I busted my ass to get all my thank-yous written and addressed yesterday to mail them today, and I am 3 stamps short of sending the whole stack. Ugh. I hate sending thank-yous separately. I know people aren't comparing them, just a pet peeve of mine.

MH hasn't made it clear to his supervisor that his wife is pregnant and due Saturday and he might need to leave for a birth and also that he plans to use some time off for paternity leave. But he did agree to work overtime hours this week.

So, I am the b!tch in this b!tchfest. We have company coming in tonite. One of DH's college friends and his new wife. They are a great couple and I really do want to see them. But, I do not feel like playing hostess, getting dressed up to go out to eat, and talking about the pregnancy. I just wish they had come a couple weeks ago when things were a little more comfortable.

Also flammable: I was kind of hoping to have some labor signs by now. I know that I still have some time (I'm 39w, 4d), but tomorrow is my 30th birthday and I was hoping to share that with LO.

I hurt my arm at some point a few days ago. I can't move it or lift anything. It's fat and poofy and brings me to tears if someone accidentally bumps it.

Last night I couldn't do anything but cry it hurt so bad. If it doesn't get better soon, I may cut it off.

I hate staying in the hospital. I have second degree tears from my delivery yesterday. I have hemorrhoids from pushing so hard. I'm on hot swollen mess downstairs. I'm also beyond exhausted due to Gibson having fluid on his lungs, I was up all night for fears of him choking on the fluid coming up.... Yay. Mondays.

they need to get their developers to fix that - they allowed special characters when creating a username, they need to make them work for tagging. My DH manages web redesign roll-outs, and this one was pretty sad.

This plus i have back pain and several BH in an hour. Sometimes I stand up and i cant walk at all. I need crutches or something

I had my apt on Thursday and there was no progress. I go again on friday but i have a feeling this will last a while before i actually go into labor.

I hope you ladies are showing progress and my prediction is wrong!
