I am 21 weeks and I know women bounce on an exercise ball to help labor along, is it safe to do that now? I like sitting on it and rocking side to side and stuff to help posture. I just dont wanna hurt baby.
Definitely safe. If you continue to do it as you progress then it will also help in positioning your baby in the best position for birth. I hear to keep your hips higher than your knees.

Sitting on an exercise ball is the only way I found any comfort while laboring. I am buying one the next time I go out because the pressure on my hips is getting painful...also I'm really hopeful baby will be facing the right way this time because man does that make for a difficult labor.
