So I really want to detag and wash all of our LOs newborn and 03month clothes but DH doesn't want me to. He says well we don't know hpw big he will be and what if he doesn't fit into the newborn size? I do see his point but I also don't want to have to wash them all after he's here, I would rather have it done now. So WWYD? Did you wash everything already or are you waiting?

Why not wash whatever 0 3 you have. Some brands of clothes run small so even if the baby is tiny you could use the smaller outfits
I wash them all. I had a hard time figuring out where the heck things came from for return purposes anyway (from shower purchases).

I'd probably pick one or two of the newborn outfits to wash but hold off on the others. I would go ahead and wash the 0-3M outfits, though.
I washed all of our LO's clothes yesterday. I did go ahead and throw his newborn sized outfit in with the rest of the clothes, just in case. We only have one newborn outfit (received at shower), and we haven't purchased any others. If we find that he'll need them, I'll have my mom run out and get some when he's born. Most of our things are 0-3M, 3-6, or 6-12M.
This is my plan. It takes 2 hours to wash and dry a load, there's no rush.
I went ahead and washed all of DD's clothing. Like PP's have said, it's not a big deal to wash a load of laundry, but that's not the challenging part- baby clothes have some serious packaging! There are a million little plastic thingies holding all the pieces of the outfits to the hangers, to the other pieces, etc. And if it's a pack of onesies there are a million pieces of tape holding them together and then to the cardboard insert. I'm glad I'm having another little girl who can wear hand-me-downs so I don't have to do that again. If you can get your DH to take everything apart to wash it, then wait, otherwise do it now. I wouldn't hesitate to wash all 0-3 month clothes though.
Ultimately, I'm not up for the challenge of figuring out what came from which store to return unwanted stuff, and then getting the store to actually take the items back. I had a few things from walmart, and they wouldn't let me exchange them for a larger size. The employees I spoke with just could not comprehend that garanimals products are exclusive to walmart, so they did in fact come from their store. They kept trying to send me to burlington coat factory or kmart to try and return them.
