I wanted to share what I completed last week, I don't have a photo of the changing table, but imagine a white dresser with blue bins against the same paint.
Anyway, I would love to see what every one else has been working on. This is one of the fun parts of pregnancy in my opinion.
Re: I want to see your nurseries!
Ditto
Yes, it was a pain in my arse, but I love how it came out.
You asked for it!
...work in progress, obviously.
Bravo! I'm impressed! I'd be the person who painted the entire wall and stepped back only to find out I did all the lines on a slant. LOL
It's so BEAUTIFUL!
I do love the pink color
Our LO is only getting a nook in our room because we just signed a one year lease on a place and the other room is already occupied by our two older kids.

The first day was spent using a level to measure out the lines. I am too OCD and the walls are too out of square for that noise!
Ooo you are texturing? Basic orange peel or something fun?
LOVE your stripes! Totally impressed!
We just had the room re-textured and the ceiling scraped and textured. Thus far we've only painted with new baseboards and light fixture... furniture arrives tomorrow! So, maybe I will have something fun to share next week
That looks so good! Did you paint those by hand?
LOVE the stripes! Too cute!
Here is a pic of DS's nursery. We haven't decided yet if we will just buy another crib and have the boys share the room or if we will put DS into the next room and let the new LO have the nursery.
That's gorgeous!!! I love the color scheme and stripes!
ETA: this is as far as we've gotten. The ladder and paint supplies have been put away, but that's about it.
So cute! Ours is also an empty box. We have to get the hardwood flooring installed before we can do anything else. I have a feeling we're going to be getting it finished at the last minute!
Here's the name about the crib
Here's changing table, shelves and a sliver of the valances (scary light fixture isn't staying)
And here's the bookcase I painted white and put in the closet - will have blue baskets on it
Still need a rug and a light fixture but I'm basically done.
Those stripes are amazing! I would never have the patience to do that, but I wish I did. Also love your crib!
I have no nursery pictures to post. We're in the process of gradually switching the nursery stuff out of DS's room into what will become the new nursery (but is currently the craft/crap room). Ugh. So much to do.
That turned out really nice!
Those stripes are awesome!! Great job!
Here's ours. It's basically done, we have a crazy summer so it needed to happen before we were full force into that. DH installed wainscoting on the lower half and we pretty much went neutral everywhere else even though we know we're having a boy.
This shows the color best.

I LOVE that! The color combo, the adorable wall hangings, the puppy! Very nice job.
Thanks! That's my Meggie Moos and she's claimed this as HER room.

Haha my animals are all very interested in what is going on in the nursery. I had to stop my cat from jumping into the crib, that is definitely not a habit that I want him to learn. I probably made it worse by leaving the PnP set up downstairs and finding it absolutely adorable that he was sleeping in it at night.
I absolutely LOVE this Jewels! It looks amazing! Man you're making me feel like such a slacker!

HA! We have 4 weddings, 2 baby showers and vacation this summer and I work with 4-H camps so my summers are nuts. I told DH that I was not putting together a nursery 8 months pregnant.

DH complained about the pictures that I hung above the crib. He said, "Is that a glass panel? ...cool, so we get to clean broken glass off the ground when baby learns to stand?"
I think the pictures are hung too high for baby to reach once the crib is lowered, but to ease his mind I showed him how nifty the wheels on the crib were as we can just pull it out from the wall a foot or two so little one can't possibly grab them down.
I don't put nails in my walls anymore since we had the interior repainted last year. I use the command strips, it's not falling down unless I make it come down. I used these for my picture collages in my halls and I've never had anything fall and they come off the walls clean when you do want to take it down.
I swear by these:

Looks like my nursery
Wow! So cute! How do you have everything already? Did you buy it all yourself?
