Taylormarie I love it! Did you hand paint this? That must have taken you forever. I have most everything purchased. I am just waiting for delivery of a couple of things to decide on paint colors. Then I can actually start getting things ready. I am a slacker!

 

Haha yeah, I did this when we first moved into the house and started on this room because I knew I wouldn't be up for it later.  It was only after I was done that DH said, "you know people don't paint stripes like that, they just put up wallpaper, right?"

Me too!  I don't like the look of any other cribs and refinishing an antique metal one seemed way out of the question.

My Mom & 4 sisters bought us the furniture & bedding.  They are so excited for us to finally be having our miracle baby, I had to ask them not to buy anything else so people would have options for the shower. I have twin 1 yr old nephews and three godsons so I'm in hand me down heaven. He's clothed already until he's at least 6 months.

Here's ours.  It's basically done, we have a crazy summer so it needed to happen before we were full force into that.  DH installed wainscoting on the lower half and we pretty much went neutral everywhere else even though we know we're having a boy.

This shows the color best.

 

Jewels! This is beautiful!!! I can't believe how well everything blends together! I am going crazy trying to find ideas! Max has such a great room!

I haven't really done anything for nursery yet.  I recently switched gears with theme and started looking for beach themes.
