So, you're drunk cleaning? That's awesome. I wish I wanted to clean when I'm drunk. I usually just want to dance, stomp glass bottles with my feet, eat pizza rolls, and make out.
That's sounds like an awesome night to me. Annnnnd now I want pizza rolls. Dammit.

DD2 had another episode today. Booo! But hey at least it didn't happen yesterday, so it definitely could have been worse. Plus this time it only lasted about 5 hours. And my mom was here to help. So DD2 ended up getting to spend some one on one time with Grandma, which just never happens.
MHa, I admire your strength and attitude about this whole situation. DD2 is a lucky girl. I want to be you when I grow up.

Aw thanks - It was scary at first, but in the end, it's not that big of a deal. Yes it sucks, but we know what to do now and we know it's not a life threatening condition, so really, it could be much worse.

So, I can't decide if Lowes sucks, or if remodeling a kitchen sucks?
We're supposed to get a bunch of rebates, but they can't figure out how we enter them online. Uh, yeah. I just spent almost an hour with them on the phone. A lot of that time I was on hold, which is why I could still Bump. Thank GOODNESS! Otherwise, I would have been pissed.

I'm sad H is all grumpy because we had such a fun evening. I don't want it to end on such a stupid note. I wanted it to end on a sexy note, ya know?Boo.nbsp;
Men can be every bit as moody as women. Don't let anyone tell you different. Hope you get your sexy time after all!

Also I need to AW DD for a sec. I don't know if any of you remember but we decided to get rid of the paci cold turkey last Friday.
Well, Friday was difficult. Saturday was okay. And by Sunday, DD was over it. It's awsome. I threw them all away and I couldn't be more proud! Yay for being paci free.
Also, we are getting a night off August 10. I cannot wait!
Woo hoo for both the night off and the paci-free DD!
H is a grumpy butt. I just wanted to play Blurred Lines on the iPad but evidently that interrupted his videogame time and he had to leave the room.I can't help it that the song is effing fantastic and I have to listen to it. I had it on super slow too.Now he's off sulking.nbsp;
I'm sort of here. I'm going to get more booze. I'll be back in a sec if our ipad is charged.
Also, MHa, I can't remember. Have they ever diagnosed DD2? I too am impressed with your ability to be calm about her condition. If it was me, I'd go BSC. I hope she's back to her old self tomorrow!
Aw thank you (and Rachey,. too, even though I didn't quote her here)
Right now, the diagnosis is leaning towards cyclic abdominal migraines, which is pretty much what it sounds like. DD2 gets migraines at a regular interval (last ones were Feb 2nd, April 1st, and today May 31sat). Except her migraines, instead of hitting her in the form of a headache, they make her throw up. She wakes up fine, then will suddenly feel weak and go limp. (She actually told her teacher she was going to fall when it hit her today). The other possible diagnosis would be something closer to epilepsy, but right now it looks like cyclic abdominal migraines would better fit her symptoms. The only way to tell for sure will be by monitoring her when she has an episode.
ETA: She is ALL better already. She woke up around 3PM. I thought she was going to throw up but she flashed me a huge smile instead. She snuggled with Gma for about half an hour, then she had a snack (raspberries, applesauce and 3 string cheeses). And then she scarfed down her dinner. Yup. She's all better for sure.
DH and I are at the bar and im surrounded by testosterone. I love my boys but damn I wish I had more girlfriends. And I'm getting tired so when DH is done with his drink we are headed home. Got to love being DD prego or not.

Have I told you all about my secret Uncle? Cause I have one. Apparently right before or after (can't remember) my grandmother got pregnant with my mom, my grandfather also knocked up the neighbor. She had a son. So he and my mom and aunts/uncles grew up friends and playing together daily.
As adults they all found out he was actually their half brother. This has caused a lot of strife. My grandparents are dead. Secret Uncle's parents are dead. He got back in touch with my mom over FB. He has no idea they are half siblings. He was just lonely after his parents died and has no siblings so he reached out to my mom and her siblings since they were all close growing up. Now that all the parents are dead and he has no family, my mom and my uncle want to tell Secret Uncle the truth. (The didn't want to tell him while his mom was alive. They felt it was her decision at that point.) The other 3 siblings have declared that they will never speak to them again if they tell him.
I can't decide if I should try to clean as much as possible before we go away so it'll be nice for my mom or if I should just leave the house as is because I know she'll clean it for me. I'm lazy.
Kimbus! There are too many funnies here! If I get the house clean tonight ill try to respond to as many as possible.
Right now, Jacks awake and in his bed talking to himself. This doesn't happen very often, so I'm sitting snuggling the pups and reading your 100000 posts.

I totally forgot about this thread after I got back online after putting DS to bed. We were watching a movie, and then I started feeling weird, so I was self-diagnosing with Dr. Google.
DH took Max with him to get my car worked on, so just little man and I are here. I need to shower and clean but I would rather snuggle Gray and watch TV.

What kind of weird? You okay?
I'm okay....just a bit of a hypochondriac. I found the paperwork from my prenatal registration and was looking at the "call immediately" list of symptoms, so I'm just freaking myself out. It all started when I had a junk food hangover the other day (felt really crummy), ate a bunch of veggies (including waaaay too many delicious roasted beets), and ended up with orange pee. I freaked out that it was blood in my urine. Turns out it was the beets. But ever since that day, I keep freaking myself out with the slightest thing.
And I remembered that we own a blood pressure cuff, so I keep obsessively checking my BP.
ETA: I was checking Dr. Google last night to see what constitutes high BP during pregnancy.
I'm annoyed that I woke up early from my nap. At least the sitter is cleaning the playroom while I hide in my room.
If I wasn't trying to save money, I would totally hire my friend's teenager for the summer to be a "mother's helper" a few days a week, so she could chase and clean up after DS while I hide in my room with DD.

I said something to her...
DMB now, I will forever associate the song Crash with TB Crash. It's an amazing song.

Is it the wine or general crummy feeling?
How is Sophia today? Did you get a break? Did she take a good nap for you?
