1 month old's eating habits?

EFF baby, born 5lbs14oz, now over 7lbs, 1 month old. 

 My son is 1 month old since yesterday and was upped about 3 days ago from 2oz every 2-3 hours to 3 oz every 2-3 hours because he would SCREAM all day long after every feeding. 

Is he eating too much at 3oz every 2-3 hours during the day and 3oz every 3-4 hours at night?

    At one month my son was nursing on both sides AND taking an additional 3-4oz formula bottles. He was born 7lbs 1 oz, at 5 weeks 8lbs 8oz.

    at one month, that sounds about right. My bf baby is taking 6oz of breastmilk (and formula when we're supplementing) and he just turned 2 months. He was born 6lb8oz and at one month was just under 10lb! He still eats every three hours or so.
