I feel like I am going to cry.
I started waking up at 4am and can't fall back asleep.DH's car is broken. Yesterday I started cramping and spotting, was told that I need progesterone suppositories which can't be had at a regular pharmacy. But the flipping hospital phone system went down for three hours so I have no clue if/where my prescription went and it was too late for the office to be open.
So this morning I get to trek to a hospital which is an hour away and find out what the bleep is going on.
How the bleep do you leave your job and don't tell your patient where they can get their meds???
Re: Dear universe, this is not cool!
Were you examined or did you have to do bloodwork before you were prescribed the progesterone suppositories? (ETA: The previous question applies to the timeframe after you started cramping and spotting, I mean.) Because if not, it could just be a precautionary action. They might not have considered it urgent enough to warrant reaching out to you specifically. I understand how frustrating that is, definitely. But try not to worry too much.
GL!
Yep, got the blood work done yesterday. The test was in the morning; the call was at 4pm.
Gotcha. That is really annoying.
Thank you, hope so too. Otherwise, I am going to be a really unhappy patient.
