Hi! We're looking to get a fan for the nursery since the upstairs gets pretty warm in the summer. We never got one for DD, but since DS will be a June baby, it seems more important. Does anyone know if an non-ceiling fan also helps prevent SIDS? Would a tower fan or normal oscillating stand fan be just as good? I'm looking for something to help with air circulation without creating a draft. Does anyone like a specific fan model? TIA!
Re: Non-ceiling fan
yah we have something similar
This is a really good idea!
I think it should help just the same, it's all about air circulation. We have a small, cheap, floor fan in the nursery and it moves air nicely and is fabulous for white noise.
The blade less Dyson would be great (I wish I could afford Dyson anything!), but our $10 fan works good too!
