Maybe I get a little more attention with 2 babies but strangers at stores feel the urge to touch my kids, grab their hand or foot more so my daughter who has stranger anxiety now anyway which doesn't make it easy as I'm trying to calm her down after they leave! As Im saying dont, the hand goes out! How do you politely say don't touch my kid or back off??? Frankly I can't believe people have the balls to do it in today's world! I would never!! Yesterday the woman was like I just live babies!! Now when I'm approached I am not so friendly in fear of this! How do you all handle it?
Re: Handling strangers?
Not like I really care if they're offended...don't touch mah babeh.
Chloe mean mugs everyone in public. She will never smile.
She scares them off for me.
That's my girl!
I just tell them not to touch him.
I'm pretty blunt and a dirty look usually follows, but meh. Whatev.
SCANDAL!
I just steer him away from people that look touchy. So far, no one has chased us down to touch him.
I had a random guy at the restaurant last Friday want to take his picture. He has his phone out ready to go. Thank goodness my dad came out (he was finishing paying the bill) and I was like, gotta go. Bye bye!
I wasn't sure how to handle it. Very creepy.
That is super creepy! Wtf old man?!
I just use my stink eye to scare everyone off in advance!
I had a dumb young couple try to take a picture of my class once. They didn't ask and just had their cameras out. Thy said, "They're just so cute!" and I said, "But they don't belong to you. Their parents wouldn't be pleased to know strangers were photographing them. Bye."
