Possible water break **update again in comments**

And I was wondering about bronchitis earlier... Lord it has been a day. I thought I had to go to the bathroom so I ran in there (peed) as soon as I stood up i had a nice trickle of not urine smelling water coming from my vagina so I sat back down. Every time I stood up more came so I put a call into the on call doc. I am unsure what it was, but it was water like. My water didn't break with my first pregnancy, but since then (about 10 minutes). LO has been moving a lot and I am still having trickling of water. I am not sure if I having contraction or BH along with LOs movement. I am not in pain just a little bit nervous. I am out of state from my docs.

Docs called told me to go to L&D to be evaluated. Thoughts and Prayers are appreciated!!

**I just got discharged from triage at L&D it wasn't a fluid leak it had something to do with the thinning of my mucus membrane lining. Of course contractions started as we were headed to the hospital but they were far enough apart they let me go home. Unfortunately they haven't subsided yet. But I'm hoping they will soon. Thank you for the T&Ps***

If it is a constant trickle that sounds like your water breaking to me, or could be a leak. Keep us updated!!

Constant trickle meaning it wouldn't stop @pnwlover12‌? Because I think it may have stopped or its just a very little at a time. I am trying to wait til my husband gets off work yo go in. I don't want to go alone or have him leave work early if it is nothing since I'm not having contractions.

I would have him leave early. Leak or water breaking - either way your doctor said to go to L&D right? Go. Don't wait.

My water broke right after I went pee. I stood up and felt a substantial amount come out, then a constant trickle that didn't stop. I had to drive to L&D with a beach towel between my legs. But, if yours is stopping and going, could be a leak. I'm not a doctor so this is totally anecdotal. Fx everything is ok.

With DS1 I thought my water was trickling out. I was told to lie down for a while, and if it came out in a gush or more steadily once you stood up, then it was most definitely is your water.

I would absolutely go to L&D. When does your DH get off work?

I'd go to L&D. I had a very slow leak that I didnt realize was happening for a day or so. It gushed once and then didnt happen again. But what I thought was just discharge was actually fluid. I mentioned it to my doctor (luckily I had an appointment the next day) and she did a swab that came back positive for amniotic fluid.

(Not to scare you but my daughter was born 5 hours later).

With my first son my water leaked. I had no idea that was what it was. Contractions started and kept getting stronger. I agree with everyone else go to L&D and get checked out just to make sure. My T&P's are with you. Hope all turns out ok.

I am so ready for bed. a quick post on a discussion board for school then rest is what I will be getting. The contractions/cramping is not comfortable at all. I am hoping with some sleep it al goes away.

ya‌eah sleep was few and far between last night unfortunately. I spent most of the night tossing and turning and flailing my legs because I'd fall asleep for a couple minutes and wake up with contractions. I am purely exhausted this morning and sore. I hope that it all goes away today since I really don't want to go back to the hospital.

Another update: I have lost 6lbs since yesterday I am not sure if this is something to be concerned about. My contractions have finally eased up but still painful when I get them. I weigh myself daily because I haven't had much net gain just to monitor what's going on. Not sure if I should call my doctor again or just let it slide until my appointment Tuesday morning. I am in KY right now so my doc can't do anything but tell me to go back to L&D since she is in Michigan.

I feel like that is a really drastic amount, so I'd call. I know going to L&D again probably doesn't sound fun, but if she sends you back then it is probably where you need to be.

6lbs?? Wow. Unless you've been pooping your brains out for 24hrs that seems like a lot.
